Rude and arrogant treatment. Deliberately obstructive. Lost all my parents original documents when they renewed their passports and no apology, ignored my emails over the years. My father has now died and his documents survived from 1939 that they lost. Ashamed to be Polish with how they treat you. Something has to change. Not only that only issued passports for 6 months to pay again. Is this currently the case?

I waited for one and a half months for the appointment and then waited for the visa for a month and got the visa for six months While they have been giving me a one-year visa for three years lol These people are just wasting time and nothing else My wife is Polish and because of that I apply Poland visa from Polish embassy every time they give me one year visa this time they gave six months visa.Now I can't even apply for a visa in another Schengen country because I have a valid visa now I have to wait another six months 😫 I have a travel history of 10 years in Schengen and they gave me a six-month extended visa. Stay away from this embassy It's so far from Birmingham to London and the passport collection hours are from 9am to 11am, if you're five ten minutes late they won't let you in. 000000000

Almost impossible to book passport appointment online. It's 2024 and their systems are still in 90's

I was applying for visa. Came 30 min early, but was allowed to enter and in 30 min after finished application.
Everything was great, the guards on the entrance were welcome and the women accepting application was super helpful.

Don't know the results yet, but the service was good.

Właśnie dziś odwiedziłem naszą ambasadę, w celu złożenia wniosku o nowy paszport. Po dotarciu, pół godziny przed wyznaczonym czasem.Zostałem zaproszony przez bardzo sympatycznego jej pracownika do środka. Po krótkiej kontroli , wziąłem bilet z numerem i usiadłem w pobliżu stanowisk odbioru wniosków. Czekałem niecałe 10 min. w kolejce. Cała procedura trwała niespełna 10 min. Młody , sympatyczny człowiek w sposób bardzo profesjonalny, wykonał to co do niego należało , bez żadnych zbędnych pytań. Po wyjściu na zewnątrz, poczułem się jak w ulu. Spora grupa oczekująca w kolejce po odbiór paszportów. Podburzana przez dwie, trzy osoby. Notabene stojące na samym początku. Nie wiem, co kierowało nimi, że postanowili stawić się osobiście? Podczas rozmowy, z paroma z tych osób, dowiedziałem się, że nie mieli pojęcia, o możliwości przesłania paszportu pocztą do właściciela. Wystarczy tylko pobrać odpowiedni kwestionariusz , z internetowej strony ambasady. Poza tym, ambasada przed datą spotkania, sama wysyła zasady i wzory kwestionariuszy do aplikantów. Na marginesie, powodem dłuższego oczekiwania, są niewłaściwie lub wcale niewypełnione wnioski.Tym bardziej, nie rozumiem, tych wszystkich narzekań.
