Very bad Service they didn’t answer the phone. I did my passport of August. I didn’t get anything yet. Very very very bad. Shame

Sach a bad service I had ever
Guys if hold travel documents please don’t waste your time and money
They not gonna check your application
I apply for visa almost 4 months ago they didn’t tell me anything I don’t think they give visa on travel documents soo guys once again don’t waste your time n money

Don't go to Morocco if you require a visa. They will give you false information and made you wait months and months. Please don't waste even a single penny. They will advise you to send the application form by post with special delivery (including return post) and you will never get that back. I have lost over £300 for nothing. Bunch of illiterate and clueless people are working there.

If you have a travel document don’t bother as they wouldn’t waste their time looking at your Visa application, my sister put through her visa application twice since January and no response from them, we’ve visited the office but given false hope and excuses

I went from Birmingham without booking the appointment as I wasn’t aware of the new changes.
However I have managed to still book it online as I was there and had to speak to the Manager who was very understanding, I explained that I came from far , so he managed to let me be seen and served on the day !!
Some tips that could be very beneficial:
1:Make sure you book an appointment before going to the consulate.
2: Take cash with you as they are not taking card payments( there is a Tesco free machine on the same road).
3: Make sure you take pictures ID and recorded delivery envelope(s)if you have requested your passport/ID to be renewed, as this saves you from going to the consulate again to collect your new ones as they just send it to your home address( in case you have forgotten to take them, don’t worry there is a post office on the same road).
The stuff were very helpful and understanding, it took me exactly 1h to get both my passport and ID ( carte National) sorted.
