I love this place. So innovative. Lots of security, which makes ma feel safe. Was clean. Lots of duty free stores with endless of options. Easy parking and the best part is the train !!!! Took a train to tel aviv and was there in 10 min- priceless! Forget about taxi or bother your relatives, use the train- it's fast and furious!

Awful: no order, no help, no logic. I was registered in advance, had no baggage. I asked for help for 3 people and all of them told still you have to wait in the line. I spent in the line more that 1,2 hours. There was a person who randomly (not depending the fly time) allowed several people to go faster. He started to talk to me, but refused to help when I said that I just learn Hebrew and now do not speak well in it.

The last couple of weeks have seen long queues in the departure areas. Luckily these move up quite fast.
Ben Gurion airport is a lovely place. A perfect gateway to Beautiful Israel 🇮🇱 I love this country ❤
