I did the museum part of day tour up north. It is well worth it it if you are fascinated with the full story of the ship. Parts were very Erie at the time. Different knowledge points were very dark.
A very enjoyable experience, with friendly staff. Walked in at 2pm on a Wednesday in April, no queue for tickets. I knew quite a lot about Titanic beforehand but the museum does a great job of putting it all in the context of the times, focussing on how the ship was built (in Belfast), what life aboard was like for each class of passenger and the ultimate horror of its sinking. Fascinating and moving.
Warning: I only had 2 hours which was just about enough time for the main indoor exhibit but there is more to see outside. I hope to return one day to see the rest.

Without a doubt one of the best museums I have visited. The visual and written exhibits are engaging and informative.

Stunning museum! One of my favourite museums that I’ve visited. The galleries are extensive with lots of information and videos throughout. They also have a ride through the shipbuilding experience included in the ticket price - well worth the money!
Really enjoyed our visit. Very friendly staff and the guided tour is very informative and worth the extra money. The food at the restaurant could be better, to be honest. If you take the premium tour, save your £10 voucher for the gift shop. You also get a choice of complimentary gift at the shop with this ticket.
Wow, what a wonderful experience. There is so much to see and do here, and I can easily spend a good part of the day here. You go through the background of Belfast, then through the construction of Titanic, and it's fitting out. Then on to its voyage to Southampton and on to its final Voyage.
At the start there is a cafe selling sandwiches and cakes etc. It's not huge but has a nice range of food.
You also have another cafe selling more hot food and lunches. These are your only 2 food options.
The staff are all so friendly with nothing being too much trouble.
My brother has autism and they helped to make our experience much more pleasant.
There is a carpark attached which is easy to park in and not too expensive.

Staff very welcoming. Exhibition is exceptional. It takes you through the manufacturing industries of Belfast then takes you through the story of the Titanic from its ambitious and exciting plans, the huge scale of the ship, the proud moments and of course the sadness of those lost. The visuals and explanations really bring everything to life that will take you on an emotional roller coaster. Would thoroughly recommend. Don't forget the train ride!!!!
