Historical monument with good views across Berlin. Very calm when visited, taking the stairs isn’t an option in case you’re planning on getting up slowly and not take the lift immediately to the top.
Lovedddd this place!!!!!! Probably the best area i’ve been in Berlin, apart from the Reichstag dome. Went at night, so I could see many landmarks from it, including the dome, and the Brandenburg gate. I really loved the elevator too, as you get to see just how high you are in the tower, and you really get that sense of speed looking through the window at the top whilst the lights in the elevator are dimmed or off. Overall a 10/10 experience and I’d recommend anyone to visit here if you’re in Berlin.
Das Schloss Charlottenburg, ist außerordentlich schön. Leider ist im Moment (3/2024) eine große Baustelle, um dem Schloss herum. Allerdings ist die Parkanlage offen und das allein ist ein Besuch wert. Super gepflegte und mit liebe gemachte Anlage. Viele Details und das gesamte Konzept, ist nicht selbstverständlich. Das ganze geht nur, mit einem starken Team.
Wonderful view of all of Berlin as the restaurant turns slowly as you eat. Good food and drink but pretty expensive as you can expect. A few vegetarian options. Service was good and staff were friendly. Good for dates and a must for tourists.
We had a very nice gathering during the ITB for a private Function here. Top atmosphere, great drinks. Food was not as expected. Rather poor
Possibly one of the must see visit attractions in Berlin, recommend you buy your tickets online before hand to avoid queuing.
We arrived approximately 15 mins earlier than our allotted time but this didn’t seem to be a problem. I would advise not buying on the day as the queue was up to an hour.
Some fantastic views over the city, you may have to be patient to get a good shot if it’s busy, as everyone is muscling in to get a good view!

EXPENSIVE! 90 euros for a family of four. But, may be worth a visit if you would like to get an impression of Berlin from above. The view is spectacular. There are toilets and a tourist shop inside. To get up to the tower you will need to pass a security check. The lift to the top was fast and smooth, but filled to its capacity. We visited in early march, which I assume is off season. In the high season I guess the queues are crazy.
To enter this place you need a special ticket. This area was closed when i visited and they still charged me for the ticket. You need to ask first which areas are closed because they only sell the tickets without informing.
This area also needs to be taken care of. It is not clean and the grass is not cut. The place is not well preserved.

Increíble sitio. Visite 4 y todos estuvieron muy interesantes. Vale la pena comprar la Berlín welcome card con la island de los museos y el transporte público. Ver el busto de Nefertiti es imperdible.
Booked tickets online, security was quick and easy. The views are amazing, specially the sunset. There's a bar on the observation deck. Well worth the admission price
It’s very interesting to see that was such a hot point of Cold War conflict now has a McDonald’s :-) we didn’t have a chance to go into the museum, but we did read the sign boards and look at the exhibit in the free freedom plaza that is near checkpoint Charliegh. Also, it was cool to see that they’re buildings in the 1980 photograph that are still standing where they were.
What a fantastic collection of amazing museums all in one place. I've been here multiple times in my life, but never known it as a UNESCO area, and so it should be. In addition to the amazing collections, the area itself is beautiful any time of the year.
Wasn’t as epic as I had assumed. Loads of tourists taking pics but not really much there but for free to stand there it was great. Shame the corporates are in the background like McDonald’s. But we got the just of the location and feel for it. Poignant.
Very interesting history. Tick box item to see while in Berlin, but it’s essentially a garden shed in the center of a normal high street so don’t build it up too much in your head before you get there 😅
Well we went Wednesday and Saturday. Scary history that if certain people get their way will rapidly return. Walls only help when they are part of a house!

One of the very few historical relics left standing from the Third Reich era. Very interesting for WW2 documentarians, and the views over Berlin are stunning. Just imagine all the propaganda that emanated from this sender...
Eine wunderschöne kulturelle Ausstellung der Ägyptischen Epoche. Hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Sollte man sich ansehen.
Fun spot of history. Lots of tourists shops and food stops around here as well. The museum is a good experience to learn about the history of the city.

Learned so much about check point Charlie from reading the outdoor museum wall they had. The pictures are mind blowing and seeing the dates is crazy… it’s not as far removed from our lifetimes as we might image. I went in the afternoon in winter in the middle of the week and it was QUIET! I even managed to get photos without a hundred tourists in. The tourist shop to the left of check point Charlie had some beautiful postcards with silver foil writing on!
Warto odwiedzić to miejsce w dzień powszedni z powodu dużej liczby chętnych do zwiedzania, a naprawdę jest co oglądać. Różna tematyka i bogate zbiory- to jest miejsce do wizyty kilkudniowej.
Great view from the top, only half the price of the Fernsehturm and no tourist crowds. They only need to open the restaurant again to be 5 stars.
Haben den Rundgang durch das Alte Schloss gemacht. Wirklich sehr schön. Die Austellung im 1. OG haben wir auch gleich gemacht. Sehr interssant :-)

Da wir kurz nach den Weihnachtsfeiertagen dort waren, gab es anschließend einen Glühwein und essen auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt.

Schön war es ...wie immer . Toller Weihnachtsmarkt, am Wochenende sehr sehr voll.
Es gibt 2 Winzerglühweinstände , sehr lecker.
Schon wegen der Lichtershow am Schloss immer ein Besuch wert.

After driving past the tower for years, I’m glad I finally stopped and went up it. Costs £8, which seems reasonable compared to other viewing points in capital cities. Perhaps not the most amazing views but that’s Berlin for you.
Heute war Weihnachtsmarkt angesagt. Die Stände sind gut aufgebaut worden, viel Platz. Es gibt auch ein Kunsthandwerkplatz. Sehr schön. Mir hat es gut gefallen

However it was so crowded and has become a touristic photo attraction. Also located on a very busy road (cars) and street sellers.

Museumsinsel és una illa del riu Spree on hi ha varis edificis majoritàriament d'estil neoclàssic i combinats amb edificis modernissims que acullen diferents museus. És un lloc molt bonic i agradable de passejar. Al Neues Museum podreu admirar el bust de Nefertiti i al Panorama Museum una representació digital de Pèrgam. Tot molt recomanable! Podeu adquirir una entrada per visitar tots els museus de la illa surt a compte si vols anar a més d'un els museus.
Wow! What a sight to behold! This building is Amazing! We went to the Greek museum, interesting artefacts, so beautifully preserved/presented. The staff members were, very pleasant,helpful, especially when I said I was just learning German, very patient. One gentleman in particular he was attending outside- herr Kreuze? I think his name was, he was very chatty, speaking to us in.both English and German. Loved this place! Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

دروازه براندنبورگ (به آلمانی: Brandenburger Tor) یک بنای تاریخی به سبک معماری نئوکلاسیک و مربوط به قرن ۱۸ میلادی در شهر برلین آلمان می‌باشد، این بنا به دستور فریدریش ویلهلم دوم پادشاه پروس و در طول اوایل انقلاب باتاویان ساخته شد. این دروازه در قسمت غربی شهر و در تقاطع دو خیابان ابرت و اونتر دن لیندن واقع شده‌است. از میان دروازه‌های متعدد برلین در زمان قدیم، تنها دروازه براندنبورگ باقی مانده‌است. دروازه براندنبورگ، درب ورودی عظیم‌الجثه خیابان معروف اونتر دن لیندن است. این خیابان که به قصر شهری پادشاهی پروس ختم می‌شود، درختان لیندن بسیاری دارد. این بنا به عنوان یکی از معروفترین نمادهای اروپا در نظر گرفته می‌شود. ساختمان پارلمان آلمان در شمال این دروازه و به فاصله یک بلوک از آن قرار دارد. طرح بنای این دروازه مشابه دروازه ورودی شهر آتن یا دروازه معروف پروپیلائه، می‌باشد که همچون تاریخ معماری کلاسیک برلین کماکان استوار است. معمار نخستین دروازه برلین که ابتدا با نام آتن در کنار اسپِرِ (اسپِرِ نام رودی در برلین است) خوانده می‌شد، فردی به نام کارل گوتهارد فون لانگ هانس بود. ارابه چهار اسبه‌ای هم که بر فراز دروازه دیده می‌شود توسط فردی به نام یوهان گوتفرید شادو، ساخته شده‌است.

It is an important spot that reminds us of the city's past when it was split into two parts. Visiting here lets you feel the strength and bravery of people during the Cold War. It’s right next to the Mauermuseum, which shares exciting escape stories and the desire for freedom. It’s a great place for anyone who loves history or wants to understand more about important events. It also shows the story of how Berlin was divided but is now together again. A trip here is not just educational but also very moving, giving you a look into Berlin's tough past.
a tower stands still all alone and in silence in the landscape - people walk past looking at it, perhaps wondering what it could be. The others don't ask that. It fits into the landscape, but it also doesn't attract any attention, I don't know what's so great about it.

درواز براندنبورگ (Brandenburg Gate)دروازه ای تاریخی که در قرن هجدهم به عنوان نماد صلح ساخته شد معروف ترین اثر تاریخی برلین است. در طول جنگ سرد برلین به دو قسمت شرقی و غربی تقسیم شد و چون این دروازه در نزدیکی مرز برلین شرقی و غربی بود تبدیل به جایی شد که در آنجا شهر گسسته شده بود. اما وقتی که دیوار برلین در سال ۱۹۸۹ خراب شد دروازه براندنبورگ فورا تبدیل به نماد برلینی شد که دوباره یکپارچه شده است. این دروازه در تقاطع دو خیابان ابرت و لیندن قرار دارد، در ابتدا قسمتی از دیواری بود که اطراف برلین را احاطه کرده و ورودی اصلی به شهر محسوب می شد. براندنبورگ، تنها دروازه ای است که از دیوار قدیمی این شهر به جای مانده است.

J'ai encore faim. Menu groupe à 14 euros. Une belle plaisanterie les 5 pâtes qui se battaient dans l'assiette. A éviter pour une réservation de groupe.
Amazing place in the middle of urban area
Un lieu sympa où on peut déguster le fameux Berliner Currywurst ou toute autre specialité allemande à quelques mètres de la porte de Brandebourg. Qui plus est les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables et abordables pour toutes les bourses.

Ein Ort der absoluten Ästhetik und Harmonie. Architekturliebhaber sind hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Ausstellung ist zwar wenig erhellend, aber umso schöner strahlt der Ort.

Pariser Platz... autrement dit la Place de Paris... devant la monumentale Porte de Brandeburg, longée par les ambassades des Etats-Unis et celle de France (immeuble moderne et particulièrement inesthétique... dommage)... Et toujours un grand nombre de touristes...
Place touristique soufflant un vent nouveau témoin depuis 1791 de l'histoire mouvementée de la ville avec Brandenburgertor colonnes doriques surmontées du quadrige de la victoire
