The court (knowingly) keeps outdated information online. The Attachment of Earnings order guidance online says that you can submit the N337 form via post and request a telephone callback from the court for the fee payment. I did this in November, only to receive a letter weeks later that I needed to call up the mainline as they no longer did the call backs for fee payments. I did this and paid, and at no point either on the letter or on the phone call was I told that I needed to re-submit the N337 form. I sent a letter a couple of months chasing up the case, only to find out I needed to re-submit the N337 form; this response letter from the court took six weeks. I registered a complaint about the outdated information still being on the website, and despite this, it still remains up to this day. I sent another complaint to get the outdated information removed, but it has yet to be responded to months later. I will submit another complaint so someone doesn't have to go through the stress I went through.
Over the last week I have phoned the Court 5 times at different times of the day.
Each time I call I listen to soothing background music for about half an hour. I then give up and try again the following day.
This is an organised/legalised scam - I asked for my CCJ to be set aside in November ans I no idea I had one, my car had been recovered after I found it crashed into and the third part fled, I ended up with a parking ticket as a result which I never received, I paid £275 for it to be looked into- no one knows what the break down of this money is for or who’s pocket it ends up in, here we are in April and nothing has been done.
This is illegal and theft. It’s a way of the court and judges to make money out of people. They support solicitors(vultures) to make money/commission out of innocent people/or people that have got themselves a parking fine. Solicitors make money giving a CCJ.

It’s impossible to reach anyone at the business centre (11calls) and call handlers have no idea about anything, they are in the dark and there’s no documentation history. It’s not their fault, its way above them. Together we need to have them fully investigated and take this as far as it needs to go so that it’s made transparent what’s been happening, its very similar to the post office scam but in a different setting. I have raised it to the media and higher courts. Please do the same if you have experienced this so that they stop this scam of the public. Ironically they call themself courts of Justice! Courts of Corruption!
I have been waiting for a refund for over 4 months for a N244 Application. I decided to pay the car parking fine instead of getting the case set aside - They have confirmed I am due a refund for the N244 application yet after 4 month the money has not been reversed. They are the worse ever - called up a few times on hold for over an hour at a time only to be told ill have to wait for the refund. This is the worse service ever
Sit on hold for hours on end. Staff barely know what they’re doing (unsurprising as it’d be hard to stick this job for any length of time). Just go round and round in circles trying to resolve a CCJ sent to the wrong address.

Well done, Tory voters. This is what happens with a decade of austerity. May many of you experience it.
On hold for hours to finally get through to someone for them to take my personal information and then hang up. Considering this is a county court dealing with CCJ's relating to bogus parking fines you'd really like to think their service would be much better. Pathetic service.
Why provide a service if you don't even pick up the phones.probably on silent all day. Was on the phone 2 hrs straight. Then another 3hrs straight. Then another 1.5 hrs. No one picked up. Did this for 2 days. Gave up. Obviously what they want to . Should spend time on training staff how to deal with a complaints service. No wonder the first thing the automated message says is that they have a 'no abuse tolerance policy. People are understandably upset for being ignored. I will complain about this service. Outrageous!!!!!!!
Emailed every single day so far and no response. Called every day at least 3 times waiting up to 44 minutes.Cant do nothing online as apparently claim number comes up as invalid. Yet you get 14 days to respond on .Gave up amazing how I’m being chased for a credit card debt , and threaten with ccj’s ,yet government want to wipe my ex’s child maintenance debt which is far more than what I owe on a card . Maybe if he was made to pay I wouldn’t of needed a card
