Highly recommended for their services. Listed as one of the top ten best cleaning services, I was impressed by their cleaner Ms May who was assigned to my first time one-time cleaning session. She was punctual and did a very thorough cleaning for each area, especially for hard to reach areas, e.g., windows. Little supervision required as they are well-trained. Customer service is fast to reply to queries.

We engaged EPIClean to do a post-renovation deep cleaning of our queen-sized bed, two baby cots and mattresses, two strollers, car seat, two office chairs and a two-seater sofa. Booked them for a move out clean and they were punctual, thorough and worked through my requests. They needed no supervision and the apartment was super clean and ready to show. The customer service through whatsapp was also very helpful, I wasn't sure how many hours to book and they helped with that and making sure I had all the information, thank you!

They charged me additional 50, on top of the 378 normal move-out cleaning services, even without mentioning the reason. Then through its official WhatsApp, I figured it out that was due to “chemical wash of toilet bowl “. Here is the story: firstly the cleaner supervisor said the dirt in the toilet bowl was the underlying color of the toilet bowl. I did some cleaning myself and removed half of the dirt. Then I insisted him to mop it off. The funny thing is after the work, the cleaner supervisor claimed the process was a stronger chemical and charged me additional 50. If not my insistence and my personal demonstration, there won’t be any “chemical wash”.

William is spontaneous in replying my enquries. Workers are efficient and carpets are satisfactory cleaned

Very thorough and professional cleaning. My mattress was heavily stained and after cleaning it looks brand new. Shan was very professional and explained post cleaning care very well. Highly recommended.

Engaged EpiClean to clean my 5 mattresses at home. Ayie and Khidir did a good job. They texted me half an hour before arrival, arrived punctually, and took time to patiently deep clean the beddings. Good to know that we can sleep on clean mattress now.

I've done Post-reno cleaning with them and very disappointed with their service level. I was fooled by good google reviews to choose them.
They quote me for 2 cleaner for 4hrs at $380, however;
1. Came 30mins earlier without notice. So I had to reschedule mine.
2. Nothing special of this"Post-reno" cleaning. It's just normal cleaning which isn't good either. They didn't clean all the cabinets properly, surface still got dust, all the glue/paint from the reno were all still there after the cleaning. They just vacuum n mop the floor it seems. The unit was totally empty and I even told them not to clean one of the room because I stored some boxes there. For that room only windows need to be clean. So, I believe the cleaners have more time to clean elsewhere more throughout but they didn't.
3. When I reach home to check 10mins before the 4hrs, they already packed everything (cleaning equipments), put it outside and sat down having a rest.
It's OK for them to take a rest if they done good job in shorter time, but my case it was not that.
4. I reported these issues to the sales person who managed my appointment through WhatsApp, but after reading it he didn't even say a word. No sorry nothing. Just ignoring my messages.

In nutshell, I will not use them again in future or recommend them.

Really bad experience. Move out cleaning service is not professional. The cleaning quality and efficiency is low. A Huge time delay, the whole team come 4 hours later than the confirmation time.

Time Delay: The cleaning team should be come at 2:00 p.m.
They finally come at 6 pm. The customer service staff didn't communicate with the team and cannot give an accurate time of arrival, only promising the team will come very soon, which is useless and annoying.

Low Cleaning Quality and efficiency: Although they assigned four people to "accelerate" the cleaning. They staff did the cleaning in an amateurly and slowly. The whole team seems to underwork. They did not even wipe the microwave oven a bit.

In all, I did not recommend anybody to pay for the cleaning service from this company. It would definitely not worth it. By the way if anybody have a recommendation of other cleaning service company, you can comment below. Thank you so much.

After a one-time cleaning session, I decided to engage Kleepers for regular house cleaning sessions. Kleepers cleaners arrive early ahead of their appointment and are diligent in their cleaning. They have courteous personality too.

Found them online, booked a One Time General Cleaning. Prompt replies, clear communications. Their one-time $24/hr rate for new customers was the best deal I could find, and it was really worth it! They did not skimp or cut corners, and the cleaners Nini & Susan were punctual, polite, friendly, and efficient. I recommend Kleepers highly, will definitely engage them in future 👍

We engage EPI Clean today for post reno cleaning services & we are please with the end result. Thanks to Fara, Aleeya, Isabella & Aqell for doing such a good job! The cupboard no longer sting our eyes when open & the floor feels much cleaner than the general wash provided by the reno company. The windows, mirrors and glass door were all very well clean. Excellent service. Abu came on time, very punctual and polite. Got down to work and was patient with my multiple questions. He was eager to show me the before and after difference. He took care of the big stubborn stains and did a thorough job, without rushing and ensuring all corners are well cleaned. He cleaned one big carpet (deep cleaning) , one queen and one single mattress (wet/deep mattress cleaning) all patiently and informed how long to dry it. He tried his best to clean the big spots and coffee stains 😂. Overall very pleasant experience and very glad Abu was assigned to help. Highly recommended and would definitely engage in future!

The cleaning was below the level of service for having to pay almost $800 for post Reno cleaning for an EM.

They were supposed to have done deep cleaning for our vinyl flooring but patches and footprints were left everywhere. When my hubby told them to clean a specific spot on the floor it was squeaky clean under his watch. If this is considered having done deep cleaning, it’s difficult to believe.

Most corners of the house were still dusty. Even the basin was filled with white powdered stains left behind by the renovation. Glass panels and window grilles were stained. Even the kitchen cabinet doors were dirty. I supposed they only cleaned the areas within their reach without using ladders or chairs to climb up to clean.

They tried to do a service recovery of coming back to clean, instead of checking themselves which areas needs to be re-clean or touched up they had ask me to tell them and it’s was the exact same team who came back.

They deemed to have cleaned for “8hrs” but the state of the house doesn’t match up to the service.

Felt cheated to pay so much for this level of work. Highly do not recommend to engage them, do it at your own risk. Photos are the best evidence.

The tenant engaged them upon moving out but didn't provide the proper equipment for them to clean the house properly. I called them because the house felt dirty and dusty despite having been cleaned. The person I spoke to explained the situation and very kindly offered to send someone down again out of goodwill and this time, I had to supply the equipment which was not a problem. They did a fantastic job and the house felt so clean after.
Will definitely engage them again.

Honestly would not recommend. Engaged their post renovation cleaning services for a resale 2 room HDB flat that was relatively clean already, but the team failed to pay attention to the small details like stains and residues. Not sure if they decided to skip cleaning the entire kitchen table top or it was too minor of an area for them to notice and clean properly? I engaged in them because I needed professionals who could handle the dust and stubborn marks, but I think I can do a better job myself with normal household cleaning agents. I think they need to train their staff better and level up their idea of cleanliness.

From the quotation phase to the service been delivered, I must say it was seamless, pleasant and exceeded my expectations (to add on, my wifey was pleased with the results 😉).

Dealt with Shan for the entire process, he was onsite to supervise and conduct the cleaning with his crew. He made an effort to share and explain the process of conducting the deep cleaning with me. A true professional.

Kleepers provides excellent customer service before and after the booking. They're attentive and helpful. The cleaning staff are well trained and also speak English very well. It is easy to communicate and relate instructions. My assigned helper, Kay is friendly and easy to talk to. Kay is very thorough and experienced in her job. She needs little instruction and no supervision. She performed the most difficult tasks with ease and speed. I would have taken a few hours for the same task, but she surprised me by finishing it in less than 2 hours.

Found this cleaning company while looking for spring cleaning services. Read many good reviews and decided to engage them. The price was very high compared to other companies and so I had expected premium cleaning services. There are many other additional costs if you want them to clean items like ceiling lights, sofa, etc. Did not respond to my initial enquiry on the website, eventually managed to contact them on whatsapp. Had to liaise with different people for price list, appointment and payment. Came late for the appointment by almost 15 minutes. I was told 2 cleaners and will take 4-5 hours but they completed in under 3. I did not feel the house was exceptionally clean afterwards except the floor. Did not manage to do a thorough check before they left. The external window panes were not cleaned due to safety reasons, but there were some at the balcony which could have been easily done by reaching down. One of the cleaners also stepped onto my sofa bed to clean the windows in the room. The toilet entrance floor was still dirty in the corner. Overall quite a disappointing experience.

We hired them for a deep cleaning after renovation of the apartment.
They were supposed to clean until 4.30pm, but ran off before 12pm.
End up whole place was still dusty. Supervisor took advantage of my old aged mum, showed up, told the cleaners to leave, said the job was completed and took money from her.

Refused to answer their phone through whatsapp or direct call until a couple hours later. Insisted my mum said to clean simply but everywhere was dusty and dirty with half baked service.

There were more photos to be shared taken of the door, windows etc. But the dust didn't show up properly on the photos so i didn't upload it.
Overall, a scamming company. Very very bad quality. Hire them at your own risk.

When my eldest sister finally reached Den, the company manager, Den was apologetic and determined to work with us in regards to the situation after being shown over 20 photos of dust and dirt everywhere, especially the shelves and tops.
They came back again today to work at it for another two hours. And in all honesty, i can only say it was a fair job, since i had to point out the kitchen wall tiles, 1 cabinet top and shelf weren't clean. the detergent used on the floor was too soapy to the point where you can literally see with the naked eye and feel the thickness, gooey residue with your feet. And i have to clean the kitchen appliances, entrance/inside of the toilet floor and dish sink after.
Some spots were missed, but we let it go since we really only wanted to clean up as much of the dust and post renovation mess, which the dust was pretty much left untouched on the first day.
I'm not all too sure how much of the cleaning was done by my mum and nephew from the first day as the both of them took a few hours together to clean up the rooms (mostly for the furniture like cupboards, shelves, beds etc) after they first left. So i'm only judging by the kitchen and living room.
Only commenting because Den did try his hardest to make it up to us, and for that i give him a 5 stars service.
But when it came to deep cleaning service which we requested for, the best i can really only give, is a 2 stars.

I don't know where to start with this company. Not professional at all, turned up not really knowing what the job was about after I specified clearly beforehand - terrible communication between admin and the team. The contractor for the work was under skilled, didn't listen and has left so many marks on my surface that I now need to pay an expert to rectify.

Less than 24 hours before they tried to reschedule my appointment which left me having to move work calls and impacted my business. They then rescheduled again due to a breakdown in communication with the team further messing up my work week. Then just to top it off, when they said the appointment was at 9am, they turned up at 10:30am again.. delaying the day and impacting my work.

The contractors left my apartment in a complete mess, the walls, floor, every surface and my curtains were filthy. I asked specifically about dust to the apartment beforehand and they really should have given me the heads up to take my curtains down before. It took me more than 3 hours to clean my apartment after they left.

The contractor couldn't tell me what the problem was, the "supervisor" was not helpful at all in this regard and I assume he either took a shortcut to skip a grit or he didn't do a deep enough grind. You expect to pay the experts to know. They also lied about an expoxy finish, adding further confusion when we were trying to breakdown what exactly went wrong.

Just to add insult to injury, not a single courtesy call to discuss the issues, no one was sent to rectify the issue, and messages and phone calls ignored. After spending 10 days trying to call and message more than 10 times I gave up. Admin kept pushing me back to Denis at operations, and when I managed to get through to Denis and he tried to push me back to admin, he hung up on me!

Reprehensible behaviour, to say that I am not impressed, is an understatement. A few clowns short of a circus, do not recommend at all.
