「THE HUGE CLUB」アプリで予約をしてフレンチトースト目当てで利用。店内とてもお洒落です。だからと言って気張ったお洒落さんばかりがいるわけではないので利用しやすい雰囲気です。ランチには少々高めですが、ソファ席でゆっくりお話も出来たし、全ておいしかったです。外には常にお客様が並んでいる人気店です。
雰囲気もゴージャスななかに、昭和っぽい棚があったり、席もさまざまなインテリアで創り上げられていました。
料理もスパイシーなスープや、パンで、今まで食べた事がない味で、とても楽しめました。
時間が、ランチで1時間30分と決められていて、量があったので、おしゃべりしながら、食べるには、もう少し時間が欲しいのと、支払いがキャッシュレスだけでなく、現金支払いもあったらなぁと思いました。
料理もスパイシーなスープや、パンで、今まで食べた事がない味で、とても楽しめました。

I had the highest expectations for this restaurant as it is ranked #1 in Asia in 2024, and #15 in the world for the same year. It was overall an excellent meal but the “wow” factor wasn’t there for me. Technically perfect, a few fishes stood out such as the revisited Niçoise salad, the three layered oyster and the frozen mango with embedded shortbread. The service was courteous and without issue. Would I come back? Probably not as other Michelin stars provided me with a better experience.
丸ビル内の1Fにあるオシャレで高級感がある雰囲気のカフェです。テラス席の椅子が高い席のテーブルには、電源もありパソコン作業も可能でした。
ウリにされていた「飲めるフレンチトースト」と題されたフレンチトースト。
バターたっぷりのカロリーが怖くなるフレンチトーストですが、一口食べてみるとフワフワとしていて確かにうまかったです。
飲めるは言い過ぎかもしれないなと思いましたが、とても美味しかったです。出来上がりまで10分程度はがかかってましたので、ご注意を。
後ランチは混んでますので、モーニングがおすすめです。

這家絕對是近期吃到最喜歡的東京早餐店。餐廳的位置很方便，東京站徒步5分鐘到丸之內一樓。店內環境很舒適，裝修別緻寬敞。座位不少，11點前不接受預約，11點後的時間可以預約，但因為這家很火還是建議早點來，當天9點開門，到達時間是9:30，前面大約有3組客人等候入座。10點後就慢慢坐滿了。

第一口就真的驚為天人，厚厚的吐司像是和雞蛋牛奶泡了一整天後烤出來的，麵包體鬆軟綿密，有點布丁的口感，蛋香和溶化牛油香氣在口中爆發，再淋上楓糖漿，簡簡單單已經很好吃。

One of the best service even among the rest of the michelin restaurants, the small detail actions that they do are exceptional.
The creativity they put into the dish is high, and the flow of the dishes is good.
The serve iberico dish as a plate cleanser, they first for me and no other restaurant uses meat as a palate cleanser, and surprisingly, it is served and done perfectly.
Another superb dish that is not in the photo is the amuse bouche.
Overall, it is a superb experience for me, service, food and also atmosphere are exceptional.

行列が激しそうなので平日開店時に行ったら1番目で入れ優雅にも過ごせた。
「飲めるフレンチトースト」という評判があるが、全く決して飲めるわけではないし、どろどろ液体化していることもない。色は白いがブリオッシュ生地を使用しているらしく、ふわふわで分厚い。ホイップバターは溶けていないうちは粒感がありおもしろいので溶ける前にある程度は口に入れたい。味わいは、甘さの中にちゃんとした塩気があって美味い。

2 stars Michelin beautiful and elegant French (with Japanese influences) restaurant. Require reservations in advance. The best (number 1) restaurant in Asia as of 2024. We came for lunch and the fine dining experience was truly amazing. The staff was super professional and the service was absolutely top notch. Really can't fault.
We loved all and every plates were amazing. We particularly loved the mushroom with ebi and venison. The desserts were great too.
Exceptional attention to detail eg the menu in the envelope with seal and a "thank you" souvenir bag.

I seldom have French dishes, yet these cuisines are delicious.
the ingredients are rare, the cooking skill is mastered, and the creativity is amazing.
The most important thing is that, they taste good, not just having a good look or story.
though it's truly expensive, think it still worth it upon the second best of Asia top 50 restaruant (when I have had), two-Michelin stars, the tasty dished, and the good service.

One word: Wow. The food was exceptional (French cuisine with Japanese and partially Chinese influences). Each plate was memorable. The atmosphere is elegant and the service impeccable. It’s truly the small details (black and white napkins, depending on the color of your clothes; leather stitched tables, a “Thank You” bag and a menu in an envelope with a wax seal). Chef Daniel Calvert truly deserves the 2 Michelin Stars and I’m sure is heading for his 3rd. Good luck!
As of 2023, Sézanne is the Japan no. 1 and Asia no. 2 best restaurant. We were lucky to get a reservation and we were treated so well during the lunch service. Big kudos to the amazing service team, their attention to detail and warm generosity made a very comfortable dining experience (as opposed to a pretentious one which does happen). Great respect for the producers and farmers that supply the top-notch ingredients is so heart-warming to see! I think more fine dining restaurants need to take a leaf out of Sézanne’s book to acknowledge their growers in front of their diners, and also have the boldness to try something different. We have tried many French fine dining restaurants and they serve all the traditional things. It’s good but it’s not different and inspiring. Sézanne’s cuisine is inspiring, creative, flavourful and generous. I’d love to come back again if I have the chance.
A truly outstanding dining experience at Sezanne, Tokyo. The elegance of the ambiance sets a high expectation which is not only met but exceeded by the culinary expertise on display. Each dish is a masterful blend of French culinary artistry and the finest Japanese ingredients, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended.
Came for lunch and we had the lunch set and also changed one to the truffle dish. It was quite a noisy environment (to my surprise). Food was very good, my favorite was the shirako dish, venison and ice cream. The lunch took longer than expected as there were many dishes to go through (not complaining though!! 😄) It was a nice touch to gift each diner with a parting gift of double chocolate cookies. Will hope to be back again next time!!
