It was truly unpleasant experience. We had to wait almost an hour waiting to be served despite not many customers at the time. It was an embarrassing for me and my guests. Every meal served one by one and it took long time until we finished the main course, then the salad came to our table. So irritating. This is my last visit and would advice those who appreciate time to think twice before coming.

Enjoyed a family dinner after night shopping along lively Bukit Bintang Walk. Juicy Shawarma Kebab, Falafeel & Ice Latte. Good Food, Fast Service, Friendly Staff & Great Ambiance. Eat, drink, people watching, city lights with loud happening middle eastern music. Must try.

So far compare to others kedai arab nearby mcm balqis , zafran or castle i can say here the food are more tasty except chicken je a bit dry. Soup nice tak kedekut vege and sambal padu 👍🏻

Rather disappointed with the service at this outlet. 1. We had to ask a number of times for the three set of plates that we were short. 2. We were a large party of 10 and we were told to be seated near to the washing area. However, one of the restaurant helpers kept on walking past us and even had the audacity to tell one of us to move our seat since she had to move back and forth. It was not our choice to be seated there. 3. The last straw was when the service worker was so quick at clearing our table when we were STILL eating and have not finished our meal. For a reputable restaurant, I think there needs to be better training for their staff.
The food was good, but the service left a bitter aftertaste. Never again.

Oh my goodness was this some yummy middle eastern food! The date banana shake was not too sweet and the perfect blend. Loved the hummus and pita bread, all fresh with extra oil if you needed / wanted it (which of course we did). Loved my chicken shawarma wrap, especially with the garlic sauce. Highly recommend!!

We went to Al Halabi restaurant, invited by my boss, and I can confidently say it offers some of the best Arabic food in all of KL. To be honest, I love it!

I've been here twice and tried various dishes including Iranian Kebab, Kofteh, Hummus, Salad, Kobeh, and many other items. The food is truly amazing!

The supervisor is an Arabic gentleman who is super professional and respectful. I appreciate the way he delivers the food to our table.

After a long meeting, we were famished and needed to refuel. Hummus and Tabouleh with their flat bread to munch on while debriefing was so so right. The hummus was so smooth with loads of olive oil and lemon slices on top.

Everyone shared the mixed grill platter which was so generous and yummy while it was hot.

The big prawns were a tad dry though.

We all enjoyed the Arabic tea too.

Service was warm and friendly.

The restaurant is good for its Mediterranean dishes. The service was quick enough but the waiters seemed a bit arrogant. Food tasted good even though the quality was not upto the mark. Seating is available inside and outside, but only limited.

I am a regular here, i don’t think of other restaurant when it comes to enjoy my Arab food, Hadramawt Kitchen is always in my mind. Delicious food, excellent and fast service from the staff and peaceful ambience. Ahmad Sanad one of the staff who always welcome us with “non stop” sweet smile. I suggest everyone to try this awesome restaurant. Not to forget their stress-healing desert 😊

A great Middle Eastern food in the heart of the city and it serves good food and drinks, but of all the rice dishes stood out the most to us. It was new and a very delightful experience for me and my family. Absolutely do come here

Price wise- seriously unexpected. It is on the higher end. Anything that has rice is above rm50..
Service-waiters were not friendly..

Shall not visit this place anymore. I don't get it.. if you want to place a high price on your food, then the service from the staffs should tally to it. What's the point of having many staffs and when u call to order, the person comes to you to tell you that he will send another staff to take the order? Perhaps, it is language barrier?
Best visit other Arabian restaurants since there are plenty around this place.

Restoran luas dan selesa, terutamanya untuk datang makan sekeluarga.

Saya cuba Mandy Lamb dan Mandy Chicken, alhamdulillaah sedap. Lamb dimasak dengan baik, cukup lembut dan cukup rasa. Ayam juga sama.

Nasi memang guna beras panjang, bukan campuran.. Lembut dan gebu. Makan nasi saja pun dah sedap. Ada rasa smoky sikit, yang saya memang suka (tapi sesetengah orang tak minat kot-boleh try kabsah).

Yang rare sikit, jus kismis (raisin juice). Dia seumpama kismis, kekacang, madu, di blend sekaligus. Kemudian ada tabur lagi kekacang di atas (badam, gajus dll). Ada 1 layer di bawah macam ada minyak zaitun. Memang unik. Macam hybrid dessert/healthy smoothie. Perlu kacau betul2 sebelum minum.

Next time nak cuba avocado pula.

Ada juga 1 cafe dalam restoran, Kofika, bagi peminat freshly brewed coffee. Dessert seperti baklava juga ada dijual.

Dari sudut harga, suasana,
Servis, lokasi di tengah2 KL, dan portion makanan, range harga sederhana ke tinggi (bergantung pada menu yang dipilih). Overall berpatutan. Special occasion, reward, sangat sesuai tempat ni.

Nota : Lokasinya di tengah2 bandar KL yang sibuk, dan susur masuk ke parking kedai tak berapa jelas. Jadi kalau guna waze/google tu, dah nak sampai, sila slow down supaya tak terlepas simpang.

Officially my favourite Middle Eastern restaurant although they are considered pretty premium. Every penny spent is worth it here, the food is amazing and generously portioned, flavours were top notch.
The service is good as well, the servers are straight forward and will let you know when you order too much. They will know when it’s sufficient for the group and recommends amazing dishes.
The atmosphere is amazing. The whole design and structure of the place is well thought out to fit in the vibe and concept of the Middle East. I love it! Will come here again!

Hidden gem in Pavilion with a glass house . Great atmosphere and good food. Service talent saw me rearranging my food and came to help.

However the nice atmosphere was spoilt by a smoker (father) who came over next to me and smoke (not shisha) before going back to his table with his family.

It's a well known Arabian food restaurant in Ampang. Their foods are fresh and tasty.
Ambiance is also friendly for get together, family parties, birthdays etc.
In the Ramadan, they offer buffet dinner with a less price offer. Buffet foods are also very fresh and tasty with lots of items like soups, different kinda starters, Main course and mouth watering desserts. They serve Arabian tea and juices too.

Het eten was lekker, maar het personeel is erg onvriendelijk. We hebben aangegeven dat we een vega optie wouden, maar kregen gehakt ballen. Ten slotte kregen we een andere koffie dan wat we hebben besteld en moesten deze helaas terug sturen. We hebben 15 minuten gewacht, maar kregen niet de koffie die we wilden. Na een kwartier kwam de ober melden dat ze de koffie kunnen annuleren en 10 minuten later kwam een andere ober vragen of we de koffie nog willen en dat ze deze aan het maken zijn. De service was chaotisch. Woorden zijn niet genoeg om te beschrijven hoe slecht het personeel is!
Je wordt anders behandeld wanneer je geen Arabier bent. Het management is tevens waardeloos. Ze kan niks opgelost krijgen en het interesseert haar ook niet veel. Ook al was het eten goed, dit is een belachelijk slecht restaurant!
