The level of care I received was impressive. The nurses were friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the clear communication from the doctors and nurses regarding my surgery. They are all very professional. You are assured that you are provided with utmost care. 💯

Good medical facilities. Good doctors
Worst experience for me..delivery of my wife..hospital won't admit your patient until your doctor came..it took almost 2 hours...very slow everything Dr.Guiyab talk with u very sweet and confident at consultation but at the time of delivery..na ! she make u delay long because she came after 6hr then push you for cs..she act like ur baby and wife is going to die and give u long lecture..not even confident on her profession.....
Cost of cs..as below
Dr.Guiyab cs fee 55000
Anesthesia fee 25000
Child specialist 11000
NICU. 8000
Cs package new born 8000
Hospital fee for cs and stay of two days 89000
Altogether 190k

Be careful they will rip u apart...fecilities are clean and neat..but service delivery is very bad..

I will give it a 4 Star since I was supposed to be discharged earlier today. My Labs are complete and I don’t know kung ano pang hinihintay nila para ma sent home na ako.
Super slow medical service to patients. Waited for an hour without medications given. No proper knowledge with TRIAGE and the patient's well-being. Had migraine and told them that my pain scale is 9/10 but no medical attention given. If your life is at risk think twice before going to this hospital. I personally don't recommend this for emergency cases. ROTTEN MEDICAL SERVICE.

Nakakadismaya tong ospital nato.

They dont even answer their phones in the emergency room. It is possible that the staff is trying to retaliate against the owner. No owner wants to lose his business. You better change your staff because it is a nice hospital. Pay them more if that is the problem.
Maraming salamat po Pasig Doctors Medical Center sa pag-aalaga at pag aasikaso para po sa mama ko nung time na na-admit po sya for about almost 2 weeks, Team ER ,ICU, 5th, 4th, Billing, Benefits, Finance, Cashier, Management and Dra. Ma.Mayumi Gillana and to all Doctors who took care of my Mama. God bless to all of you guys. Taos-pusong pasasalamat po para sa inyong lahat. Keep safe always:)
The hospital customer service was really helpful and supportive.
BUT: Dr Charmie Arribe who is pediatric and playing Director in this hospital refuses to see and check on a 6 year old child who has 40deg fever. She is accredited by Maxicare and our daughter has Maxicare insurance.
Dr. Arribe is a disgrace as a pediatric.
🤬😡. Wala pang masyadong patient that time . PANO na lang kung madami pang patient. 😠
I was admitted here twice due to pain in my abdominal area. The staff were professional and nice, the tests were done in a timely manner despite having lots of patients during my first visit.

I was not advised that there would be an observation fee after 4 hours since the first 4 hours would be covered by my HMO. Although I did not pay for this, the lack of communication made it stressful for me that time. Another thing was the time it took for me to be discharged as I already signed their DAMA form. I had to wait for 1 hour just to make a follow up and another 45 minutes for them to take off my IV.

2nd instance that I went there for the same concern was smoother, I already advised them beforehand to inform me about if I'm about to pay their observation fee (which I wasn't willing to do so so) so that I can be discharged. The process was smoother on my 2nd visit.
Facility and equipment are world-class. Doctors and nurses are generally nice and competent. Housekeeping staff are friendly. I just hope that they provide a waiting area where pets are allowed to be carried and Guards should be trained to be nice and how to properly handle a situation where pet is involved.
Need to have a Dr appointment to be accomodated, ganun pala pala pag HMO holder kahit in pain ka na. (Not like in other hospitals) Papacheck ko lang ang napakasakit na ear ko sana. It's my 2nd time here last yr di rin ako nacheck up.
The doctors daw don't allow walk in. Sad 😔
Hi, we're reaching out to express our disappointment with the service we received earlier tonight at your ER.

We went to the ER because of my friend who was having an asthma attack, high blood pressure, facial numbness/tingling, and numbness in the hands. However, the nurse on duty only asked about the type of check-up needed or if hospital admission was necessary, without further assessing my friend's condition. And even though there werent any patients, they attended to us late, giving the impression of a heavy patient load. Additionally, the nurse who handled her made a comment to her colleague "napano yan" in a sarcastic way that seemed dismissive and disrespectful, implying doubt about why we were there and whether we could afford treatment.

It's very disappointing and just frustating that a reputable hospital like yours failed to conduct standard initial checks on patients and overlooked basic patient care.

In those instances, my friend asked to cancel the service because we were so dissatisfied with how things were handled. We ended up leaving without feeling like we got the help we needed. We just want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future, as based on what we've seen in Google Reviews, it seems that action isn't being taken regarding your employees' behavior.
They instantly cancel appointments few minutes before your schedule. We are already on our way to the hospital. Complete waste of time. They should have checked their machines first thing in the morning.
Samantalang I've had complicated UTI since 2019 at lumalala sya habang tumatagal.

Easy to get to.
Plenty of car parks close to entrys.
Still wait hours to see a doctor,
Even with appointment, first come first served.
Doctors. Only available 3 hours when on duty, which is only 3 days a week also...
Modern state-of-the-art, building with all specialist doctors and equipment for diagnosis.
But still has that old antiquated waiting with not enough chairs.

Grace was very patient and really took the time to help me. She gave options too which I appreciated. She has a very high customer mindset. Kudos Grace!
Would not recommend this hospital. The initial hospital's extensive testing post-accident yielded inaccurate results, failing to identify three rib fractures. Uncertainty remains whether the fault lies with equipment or diagnosis. Subsequent evaluation at another hospital quickly identified the fractures, highlighting potential deficiencies in the initial assessment process despite significant time and cost invested. We're charged around 110k for inaccurate and useless diagnosis and treatment

Please be cautious with this hospital, as it's not just a medical facility but also a money-making institution. We were referred to this hospital because the previous one didn't have the appropriate blood type for the patient. To determine if admission was feasible, we initially requested an estimated cost from this hospital (see Image 1), and were informed it would be around 25,000 pesos, which was acceptable to us. So, we proceeded with the admission. After waiting for six hours, we were informed that it would actually cost 52,000 pesos to complete the entire blood transfusion process (see Image 2). This came as a shock, and we briefly considered switching to another hospital. Although the patient's condition wasn't urgent, changing hospitals might cause further inconvenience and could result in additional admission fees. Therefore, following the doctor's advice and assurance that the final cost wouldn't exceed 60,000 pesos, we opted to proceed with the blood transfusion at this hospital.

After 17 hours of ordeal, the patient finally completed two units of blood transfusion, only to be presented with a final bill of 81,000 pesos (see Image 3), which was 21,000 pesos more than the initially estimated cost. When we tried to inquire with the nurse in charge at the emergency department, she shifted the blame to other departments and continuously evaded responsibility, claiming that fee settlement was not within their jurisdiction.

While the quality of service at this hospital is average, they employ tactics to exploit undisclosed fees to prompt admissions and subsequently continue profiting from patients. We hope that the Philippine government will intensify efforts to crack down on these unscrupulous hospitals, ensuring that more ordinary citizens have access to comprehensive medical services.
Fast response and accommodating staffs. One of the best in case of emergency.

My wife and I went to the ER very late at night 3 nights ago (suspected food poisoning). We have been to Medical City Iloilo before, and have always received excellent treatment. This time, however, when it came time to leave, we were informed that our Blue Cross insurance was not accepted. (We are both US Citizens and have used our Blue Cross at Medical City before with no issues). By that time, it was well after 1AM and no one on the skeleton Admin staff could tell me why our insurance was not accepted, so I wound up paying cash for our stay. So - to be clear - my low rating is due to the inconsistent, arbitrary decisions made by the Admin staff. The Medical personnel were outstanding, as always.

I was admitted and stayed there 4 days. Doctors are good but cleaning of the room really bad, food insufficient, nurses had no experience and it was really expensive, not worth the price you pay.

Late review: I was here for a cranial CT scan and a few lab tests prior to that. I availed of our Medilink HMO. I had to make sure that the procedure was accepted. It was. But on the day of my scheduled CT scan, I waited longer because the insurance part was not taken cared of. The one who did the arrangement was absent for the day and I had to go back to the HMO section again, stretching my fasting for approximately 2 hours.
Inside the Radiology Room, the technician was professional in explaining to me the procedure, the risk of allergies, etc. I survived but left the hospital weak and dizzy. Breakfast was long overdue.
Gave birth at PDMC last 12-22-2022.

OB - Doc Kristel-Ann Baybay
Pedia - Doc Javier
Anesthesiologist - Doc Macatangay

Grateful to PDMC team of nurses and doctors! Very professional at super magagaling talaga! Thank you to my OB Doc Baybay for taking good care of me and my baby for 9 months!

Thank you also to our pedia, Doc Javier and anesthesiologist Doc Macatangay!

Also mababait ang mga staff from guard to, admission to billing to medical records etc.

Maganda and malinis din ang private rooms at masarap and well prepared ang food.

Rate: CS 120-130k depende sa situation ng patient and baby.

Thank you again PDMC!!!
Prise en charge au top. Je recommande.
