They charged me additional 50, on top of the 378 normal move-out cleaning services, even without mentioning the reason. Then through its official WhatsApp, I figured it out that was due to “chemical wash of toilet bowl “. Here is the story: firstly the cleaner supervisor said the dirt in the toilet bowl was the underlying color of the toilet bowl. I did some cleaning myself and removed half of the dirt. Then I insisted him to mop it off. The funny thing is after the work, the cleaner supervisor claimed the process was a stronger chemical and charged me additional 50. If not my insistence and my personal demonstration, there won’t be any “chemical wash”.

I've done Post-reno cleaning with them and very disappointed with their service level. I was fooled by good google reviews to choose them.
They quote me for 2 cleaner for 4hrs at $380, however;
1. Came 30mins earlier without notice. So I had to reschedule mine.
2. Nothing special of this"Post-reno" cleaning. It's just normal cleaning which isn't good either. They didn't clean all the cabinets properly, surface still got dust, all the glue/paint from the reno were all still there after the cleaning. They just vacuum n mop the floor it seems. The unit was totally empty and I even told them not to clean one of the room because I stored some boxes there. For that room only windows need to be clean. So, I believe the cleaners have more time to clean elsewhere more throughout but they didn't.
3. When I reach home to check 10mins before the 4hrs, they already packed everything (cleaning equipments), put it outside and sat down having a rest.
It's OK for them to take a rest if they done good job in shorter time, but my case it was not that.
4. I reported these issues to the sales person who managed my appointment through WhatsApp, but after reading it he didn't even say a word. No sorry nothing. Just ignoring my messages.
In nutshell, I will not use them again in future or recommend them.

Really bad experience. Move out cleaning service is not professional. The cleaning quality and efficiency is low. A Huge time delay, the whole team come 4 hours later than the confirmation time.
Time Delay: The cleaning team should be come at 2:00 p.m.
They finally come at 6 pm. The customer service staff didn't communicate with the team and cannot give an accurate time of arrival, only promising the team will come very soon, which is useless and annoying.

Want to Peniel cleaning team for doing an excellent job for the deep cleaning in our office last Friday, I see their effort in the detailed cleaning of the chairs and carpet floors, and also window wiping, greatly appreciated.

Honestly would not recommend. Engaged their post renovation cleaning services for a resale 2 room HDB flat that was relatively clean already, but the team failed to pay attention to the small details like stains and residues. Not sure if they decided to skip cleaning the entire kitchen table top or it was too minor of an area for them to notice and clean properly? I engaged in them because I needed professionals who could handle the dust and stubborn marks, but I think I can do a better job myself with normal household cleaning agents. I think they need to train their staff better and level up their idea of cleanliness.

Found this cleaning company while looking for spring cleaning services. Read many good reviews and decided to engage them. The price was very high compared to other companies and so I had expected premium cleaning services. There are many other additional costs if you want them to clean items like ceiling lights, sofa, etc. Did not respond to my initial enquiry on the website, eventually managed to contact them on whatsapp. Had to liaise with different people for price list, appointment and payment. Came late for the appointment by almost 15 minutes. I was told 2 cleaners and will take 4-5 hours but they completed in under 3. I did not feel the house was exceptionally clean afterwards except the floor. Did not manage to do a thorough check before they left. The external window panes were not cleaned due to safety reasons, but there were some at the balcony which could have been easily done by reaching down. One of the cleaners also stepped onto my sofa bed to clean the windows in the room. The toilet entrance floor was still dirty in the corner. Overall quite a disappointing experience.

We hired them for a deep cleaning after renovation of the apartment.
They were supposed to clean until 4.30pm, but ran off before 12pm.
End up whole place was still dusty. Supervisor took advantage of my old aged mum, showed up, told the cleaners to leave, said the job was completed and took money from her.
Refused to answer their phone through whatsapp or direct call until a couple hours later. Insisted my mum said to clean simply but everywhere was dusty and dirty with half baked service.
There were more photos to be shared taken of the door, windows etc. But the dust didn't show up properly on the photos so i didn't upload it.
Overall, a scamming company. Very very bad quality. Hire them at your own risk.

When my eldest sister finally reached Den, the company manager, Den was apologetic and determined to work with us in regards to the situation after being shown over 20 photos of dust and dirt everywhere, especially the shelves and tops.
They came back again today to work at it for another two hours. And in all honesty, i can only say it was a fair job, since i had to point out the kitchen wall tiles, 1 cabinet top and shelf weren't clean. the detergent used on the floor was too soapy to the point where you can literally see with the naked eye and feel the thickness, gooey residue with your feet. And i have to clean the kitchen appliances, entrance/inside of the toilet floor and dish sink after.
Some spots were missed, but we let it go since we really only wanted to clean up as much of the dust and post renovation mess, which the dust was pretty much left untouched on the first day.
I'm not all too sure how much of the cleaning was done by my mum and nephew from the first day as the both of them took a few hours together to clean up the rooms (mostly for the furniture like cupboards, shelves, beds etc) after they first left. So i'm only judging by the kitchen and living room.
Only commenting because Den did try his hardest to make it up to us, and for that i give him a 5 stars service.
But when it came to deep cleaning service which we requested for, the best i can really only give, is a 2 stars.

I don't know where to start with this company. Not professional at all, turned up not really knowing what the job was about after I specified clearly beforehand - terrible communication between admin and the team. The contractor for the work was under skilled, didn't listen and has left so many marks on my surface that I now need to pay an expert to rectify.
Less than 24 hours before they tried to reschedule my appointment which left me having to move work calls and impacted my business. They then rescheduled again due to a breakdown in communication with the team further messing up my work week. Then just to top it off, when they said the appointment was at 9am, they turned up at 10:30am again.. delaying the day and impacting my work.
The contractors left my apartment in a complete mess, the walls, floor, every surface and my curtains were filthy. I asked specifically about dust to the apartment beforehand and they really should have given me the heads up to take my curtains down before. It took me more than 3 hours to clean my apartment after they left.
The contractor couldn't tell me what the problem was, the "supervisor" was not helpful at all in this regard and I assume he either took a shortcut to skip a grit or he didn't do a deep enough grind. You expect to pay the experts to know. They also lied about an expoxy finish, adding further confusion when we were trying to breakdown what exactly went wrong.
Just to add insult to injury, not a single courtesy call to discuss the issues, no one was sent to rectify the issue, and messages and phone calls ignored.
