Fantastic centre, full of activities for the children, very nice cafe and clean toilet facilities. The grounds are very well kept and car park is generously sized for the level of customers.

The pricing is someone over complicated with the option to pay gift aid or non gift aid, which is standard at charity run facilities but further complexity come if you’re a returning customer or a member. I think they could explore a more simplified payment for returning customers. But still deserves a 5 star.

I have always loved coming here it is beautiful and quiet and tranquil. We went with four children of different ages and they all loved it. We went on the boat trip with a very friendly and knowledgeable man who even slowed the boat down and went back to show the children what they had missed. We were even lucky enough to see a grass snake. The talks were also lovely as well including the pelican talk. I would highly recommend coming to see the birds here.

We had a great time at WWT Arundel, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The wet weather didn’t stop us enjoying the boat trip. Lots to see and enjoy and will be visiting again in the summer.

Stunning place to visit, so peaceful out there, took the boat ride round the sanctuary, boat captain very knowledgeable (Joel?) explained a lot about the birds, also has amazing eyesight to spot a buzzard half way up the hills in a tree! Walking round way lovely, the hides and a good way to watch the birds without disturbing them. All in all a great day out, our 8 year old son enjoyed it too

Have been a member for a long time now. Always something to see and enjoy. Even in winter you can catch a glimpse of something interesting and then warm up in the cafe with a coffee. I would recommend bringing your own food in the summer months as food is a little pricey. My favourite is always seeing the sand martins and the eiders. Looking forward to returning soon.

I went with a friend and my almost 3 year old toddler. It was a wet and chilly day, but we spent a good 4 hours on site. We booked a 25-minute boat trip upon arrival, and it was lovely. My toddler was given a life jacket to wear. The cafe had a selection of hot and cold foods. The cakes looked amazing!
The centre staff were welcoming, and my toddler was even given a sticker as it was his first visit, a lovely gesture.
There were free crafts for children to do under cover. There is a small play area. We didn't take a pushchair as mine loves walking, but the paths are suitable to take one with you. There are bid hides, willow woven structures, and more. We saw the pelican feeding session.
Free parking on site.
Well worth a visit.
