This surgery is the worst I have ever experienced. Unhelpful staff and ridiculous waiting times. This used to be a great surgery. Dr Odong retired, and it went downhill from then. One Dr was incredibly rude and lectured me on his valuable time!!!! If I could find another Dr, I would. Even considered going private

Absolutely disgusting service. You can never get an appointment. You call up first thing in the morning only to be told your 5th, 12th or 20th in the queue; and by the time someone bothers to respond there's no appointments for that day and somehow they have this really bizarre system where they can't look ahead and request you call back the next day to do the same pathetic process again. Despite the fact that never happens when you call up a medical centre anywhere else. Another thing I noticed is that on the NHS website it says that this surgery allows you to book appointments online. This is a lie. It has never been possible to do that; in fact their online platform actually says they don't even offer that service. The amount of times I've actually had to go private to get things sorted is a joke. But at least I get great customer service and get to deal with a professional, seeing as the last time I went there about a stye in my eye the doctor literally went on to Google Images and was looking at the infographics about it! The same images that I was looking at prior to me going to my appointment because I was trying to self diagnose. In the end I end up going private to get this stye removed and Surprise Surprise turns out I had a really serious eye infection and this style wouldn't actually have gone away on its own like the GP had initially told me.

THE MOST USELESS GP SURGERY EVER! IT SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED. Both the receptionists and the 'gp practitioners' who they must've found in a trash bag are so useless. Even a dog can help me with my pain. I called in 4 TIMES just to find out my blood test results which they wouldn't share with me like it's MY BLOOD! Another time I was on hold for 2 hours just to be told they don't have appointments- idk why i even try sometimes. Even if you do get an appointment which is the same chance of you becoming a millionaire, the 'practitioners' are sooo dumb. I was telling him my pain and all he could do was stare at his screen and there was a 10 minute silence. At the end, he said "eat paracetamol". These criminals should be kicked out and locked in jail for putting so many people's health in danger. Because of these useless, narcissists I've now given up and have been suffering with multiple different pains for years and it's all on them!!

Called them today from 8:30to book a telephone appointment when, at the end for them to inform me that they don’t have any space available? Waiting for more that 2h on the phone and at the end for what? Why you have the service to call from the morning to make an appointment for the same day if you can’t do it? Really bad service, even if you have an appointment for 9:30 for example, you are being called after 1h. You can’t organise it and poor people waiting in there in pain and you don’t care

Even giving this Surgery a one star is being nice, worst surgery in luton and a disgrace to the community and Nhs. I was involved in accident after accident and went to doctors repeatedly to just be told my swollen ankle was whiplash and it would heal, 2 different doctors in the surgery said the same thing and I felt like they didn’t take me serious and wanted me gone! Went to A&E after a Month of Agonising Pain and being in bed since my accident, after my X-ray yesterday the swollen ankle and purple bruising around my ankle and foot was due to a torn ligament for the last month and not a whiplash as told by both doctors.

Warning your health is at serious risk if you use this surgery. Narcissistic Doctors Ruthless Cold Hearted.
They make up their own insane rules. Made My Pain And Depression 100x Worse.Thank You Doctors ! If you value your life please find a respectful Surgery.Run by decent people . This surgery is a stain on the NHS. NHS England's Own Review States Unfortunately Lister House Surgery Luton Dunstable Road Needs Improvement .
I have had to award this shameless surgery one star.It deserves Minus 1000 stars.The right thing to do is to close it down NOW.
