If I could give less than 1 Star, I would.
I recently had the misfortune of using Kempton Street Car Park and I cannot express how thoroughly disappointed I am with the entire experience. The upkeep of the car park resembled more of a neglected wasteland than a place designed for vehicles.
From potholes that seemed to have their own gravitational pull to faded, barely visible parking lines, navigating this parking lot felt like an off-road expedition rather than a simple task. The lack of maintenance not only posed a threat to my vehicle's well-being but also reflected a blatant disregard for the customers who trust their property in this facility.
To add insult to injury, the rules governing this parking space were not just arbitrary but seemed designed to catch patrons off guard.
