Roasted peking duck is the highlight here. The meat was juicy and succulent. Overall food was good and the service was fast. Booking is highly recommended as it's popular.

we made a reservation and reached this airconditional restaurant on weekdays at about 6:15pm. 90% of the tables were occupied. Table service for ordering and serving within 10 minutes upon ordering.

Pomfret in two tastes with celery was special. The chef fried the fin, bone, and tail. It was crispy and delicious. The fish meat was stir-fried with celery, and it was juicy. The celery was so crunchy and fresh. RM80 per fish. 5 stars

The minimum order for seafood thick soup was great appetiser. It tasted similar to sharkfin soup but without sharkfin. RM18 x2. The complimentary green chilli with vinegar elevated the taste to the next level. 4 stars

Spinach soup was mediocre. RM18 per serving. 2 stara

The spring roll and prawn roll at RM18 were slightly above average. We liked the prawn roll but dislike the spring roll, which was too meaty. 3 stars

Total bill for 2 persons' dinner at RM152.

We ordered Hokkien noodles, a special chicken dish (chicken skin with fish paste), and an oyster omelette. To be honest, there wasn't much to shout about. All the dishes were quite ordinary but came with a high price tag. The chicken skin and fish paste dish was particularly unremarkable; we’ve had a more flavorful version elsewhere, likely due to the fish paste quality. The noodle portion was small with very few ingredients. The oyster omelette tasted off and was quite salty, with very few oysters, failing to match the quality of street versions. Will I come back again? No.

Quality and taste of food dropped tremendously. Bit dirty, untidy, uncomfortable, crowded and noisy area to dine. Ilegal parking attendant asked for RM10/car. Expensive. Worth to try are stir fried lotus roots & celery, lotus paste pancake, spring rolls, seafood soup and signature tofu.

Food overall are good but not as good as compared to the first time we ate, few months back. The light soy sauce steam fish is cook to near perfection. Not overcooked. The cheese salted egg prawn is a little powdery. Not that fresh. The stuffed beancurd is perfect with its gravy. As for the seafood yam basket, it’s quite good. I booked the yam basket before hand. Just to ensure I got it for my mother to try.

Love the old school restaurant theme and style of cooking. Tried to order all the old favourites. Enjoyed most of the dishes. Some were a tad sweet and others a tad salty but overall it was a really good meal.

I simply cannot understand why is this place crowded every dinner time . It's a nostalgia 80s kind of stir fry restaurant. Well the food .... It's just ok . Nothing really shout at you . Price is rather high but not over the top . You could have some classic stir fried dishes like yam ring. Veal meat , fried chicken. In conclusion, tasty, nostalgia but not outstanding.
