I called 08:07 the voice recording advise to opt for a call back as my place in the queue would be kept. After two hours Linda from reception called me to let me know there is nothing available for today. Why do I pay my taxes? Why do I miss work for this nonsense? The prime minister wants sick people to work but there is no health assistance for workers that miss a day at work to be seen by a doctor but at 08:07 there is no more appointment available??? When the calls are only permitted from 8:00. How many people did you spoke with from 08:00 to 08:07, Linda? What about the ''very busy'' doctors how many people did they spoke with? You lot and your Consertvative Government just wait for the next general election...

Unhelpful staff will not let you book a Gp appointment will not do repeat prescriptions keep fobbing you off staff not aware of your medical details

I feel like ALL OF THE STAFF here are lacking of empathy, patient care and bedside manner. It's hard to get an appointment and when you do get through the call you'd get turned down or you get an appointment but they would just disregard your clinical complaints without proper assessment. I understand that NHS is trying to conserve resources but isn't PREVENTION ALWAYS BETTER THAN CURE. Because the system is implying ask for help when your fighting for your life.

Worst of the worst, bad doctors bad reception, bad administration.. you don’t feel that you are visiting a GP rather than old tradition convenience or Second hand shop, I don’t understand how the NHS would finance such thieves who got paid from our tax money and deliver such bad service!
Doctors can keep you waiting for 40mins after your appointment time without any problem but if you are late few mins so they will cancel your appointment, they even ask you to book appointment for medicine renewal for no reason, very hard to get in touch with them.. AVOID them

I have been with this surgery over 20 yrs and I’m disgusted with the services I’m getting I had a phone call back with the doctor this morning about my missing diabetic medication that was missing from my pre pack from the chemist, The doctor didn’t let me talk and ask wot the problem was why it was missed so it wouldn’t happen next month I was disgusted with the doctor this morning I was on the phone less than 2 min before she went. Where is the patient care anymore it does cost nothing to be nice to your patients as they are your bread and butter without us you wouldn’t have a job.

This morning i called for an appoitment for my grandmother. They booked an appoitment this morning and when we went it they told us the doctor called sick. She needs to be seen and she needs her medication! They said someone would call us until 3pm. I called again at 3pm they said someone would call us until 4pm. Then I've been in the line again for half an hour just now at 5pm and when receptionist picked up and i explained the issue since their pharmacy is about to close, and inwas upset because they wouldn't see my grandmother for a whole week, she hung up on the phone in a rude way. Now i called again and I'm 8th in line!!!! U have the worst service in the UK how is this place not shut down already? So many problems with their reception staff it's disgusting! This place needs to shut down!!!! You have the worst staff and the worst doctors! Shame on NHS for still keeping you open. I will be filing a complaint with GMC

Literally impossible to get an appointment with the GP, not everyone wakes up at 8am even if you do they have already gone!

So you tell us to call at 8am but then we get stuck in a queue then told all appointments are gone.

How are you meant to get an actual appointment, I've tried for weeks but keep being told no no no.

Also last time I was there the nurse who was doing a healthy check was just rude, kept sighing at me and the whole room stank of B.O.

Just better to find a different surgery at this rate.
