In what must be challenging times, the staff are always helpful, and do their best to get you an appointment. Very rarely have I not been able to be seen when needed.
The whole team do an amazing job

Terrible services. Not answering the phone in the morning so they leaving with the opportunity to book an appointment only through the online portal. Been promised to receive a sick note later on through email which never happened, then after waiting for hours on the phone reached someone on the phone just to get the phone shut in the first few words. Then needed to wait more and get someone else on the phone and yet been promised the sick note to be send to my phone, which didn't happened and needed to go to the practice physically to take it. What a shame. Not good for a person with broken leg

Hello, why don't you have competent staff when a patient calls for an appointment or medication, I tell you honestly I did not have understanding and support from the operators, for two weeks I have been trying to repeat some pills and injections I need urgently, and you say that you do not understand me and that I need a person to help me with translation, You have my data from the operation how can you say that you understood and finally that I need translations. They are very disappointed

Wouldn’t even give it one star if I’m being honest Everytime I ring up I have to ring around 40 times or more to get them to answer then they say they only have a call appointment available like that’s gonna help with any thing the whole reason I rang the doctors was to get checked up.
Then they was suppose to informed me off my results Wich they said they will let know and was suppose to call I waited a whole year till I decide to call them up my self witch they then decide to say my results came threw six months ago such an very unprofessional doctors that needs to sort itself out
