Absolutely appalling! Takes ages to get an appointment, when you finally do they say they'll email your sick note(s) to you but never do. In the end this makes your health (mental & physical) even worse & the receptionists don't seem to care 1 bit!

Very happy. I was super nervous about having my coil removed and the lovely doctor who removed it was amazing, very gentle and just a lovely lady in general. This is my first time here as my cosham surgery had no spaces.

shocking, every time i get an appointment its digital and you have to send pics, i had a severe throat infection and was told it was just viral tonsillitis, i went to the walk in clinic and was told it was absolutely not viral tonsillitis, it was bacterial and my tonsils were severely swollen, this is not good enough. the doctors at portsdown group told me to let it go away on its own and drink plenty of water, even though it feels like glass shards cutting my throat to swallow. i walked away from the walk in clinic with 3 boxes of antibiotics, this is honestly ridiculous.

Horrendous Surgery you can’t get through, told to call back at a certain time yet phone lines don’t connect as they have to many patients calling through, never any econsults as they only offer a few. Staff are rude, call handlers think they are doctors

Again 1 star , after 2 years finally we got face to face appointment with my 2 years old ,(took me 2 days call back on 8oclock or 2 o’clock) than they rush her out, say that she is fine,it’s only a virus, it was on Friday 26th January than Sunday we end up A&E as her temperature still high since Tuesday (23thJan) and she went down to 35,4and got cold and purple hands,fall asleep more than usually etc… luckily at the A&E we did not wait a min and they see her and after 2sec doctor said she got tonsillitis!!! I DID ASK OUR GP ARE U SURE SHE IS FINE AS HER HOLDING HER MOUTH SCREAMING WHEN SHE IS COUGHING… She said yeah she is fine… THE WORSE GP I ever see , sad sad sad to see how they treated her and I guess others too

Its been over two years since ive seen a doctor, Ive been trying as I and have multiple health issues but its just imposable to make an appointment.
You have to phone at a certain time but when you do all the lines are too busy and you just get cut offand when you try again there are no appointments!!!!
I had a health check up last year and was told I had a problem and they would book me in 2 months later but they never.
In short, if you valye your health, stay clear

In all the time I've been a patient in this surgery I've never managed to see a Doctor, not even once! I've left them out of desperation..... I think this surgery should be under investigation by the NHS because they continuously refuse to provide any kind of clinical service to their patient.
I went private most of my time here.
