The sauce and noodle texture are just perfect. Wonton are the coin size type with thin skin. Reasonable price. Very good and recommend to visit.

Terrific noodles. I would give it 100 stars as the taste was really good! The owner shared that the recipe is 105+ years old (in 2024), the noodles are home-made recipe passed down from great-great grandfather and this is a 4th-generation run family business.
Life-changing! Please try it if you're in KL!

A quiet noodle and char siew shop located at the intersection of a busy road.

The interior has remained untouched for decades, evident in the retro mosaic tiles on the floor and the items displayed on the walls. Chinese oldies tunes were playing softly in the background.

The people are humble and friendly, and the wantons were delicious, though the dried noodles were a tad bland for my taste.

Finally, I get to try out this place after seeing many good reviews about it. I am personally not a fan of Wantan Mee, but I wanted to experience having lunch here. I ordered the BBQ Pork Wantan Mee and Kopi-Peng. I especially love the noodle texture; it’s thinner than most other wantan mee I have had. The char siew (BBQ pork) is nicely grilled; you can see its pinkish color and it has a layer of fat. According to the owners, they make their own noodles and char siew without any preservatives or tenderizer. The service is friendly, though a bit slow, which I have no problem with them taking their time. The ambience of this restaurant is cozy. The retro feel of this place makes it feel like I am going back in time to our grandparents' days.

Authentic, homey, and humble. A lot of the staff are senior citizens. This is a good thing because they get to be active, and we get to see their expertise in action. The noodle sauce is not overpowering, and the pork is very tender.

Places like these are best appreciated (and supported) while we still can. :))

Traditional wanton mee in KL area, this shop has over 100 years history!
Their wanton mee is good, the noodle & skin of wanton made by their own, doesn't have any preservatives.
Their wanton mee got ancient taste and taste good.
You can choose what ingredients you want to eat with wanton mee, like char siew, mushroom chicken legs, curry chicken & etc.
I personally like their mushroom chicken legs & curry chicken flavor.
