When you wait on the tarmac for 2hrs with your Nan and Jetstar cancels the flight. Took us another 2hrs to get our hotel confirmed through them. I must say, they put us in a lovely hotel. Although this cancellation was a pain and there was a lot of miss communication, they did a great job considering. Swift refund for our travel and food costs. I do hope the sorting of hotel rooms gets faster for the oldies.

I had a domestic flight from Kix airport in Osaka to Narita in Tokyo to get a connecting international flight home to YVR. We self checked in 48 hours before and arrived early well before the 2 hour check in for domestic flights to find a snaking long queue to check bags in. We waited in line for an hour and 20 minutes to hear an announcement saying the flight was cancelled just as we approached the front of the queue. Jetstar's response was to put closed signs up on 2 of their 4 counters and pass out a qr code for instructions which said we had to make our own arrangements forward. The email said to contact a jetstar team member if a connecting flight would be missed. The two team members I spoke to would only point at the QR code that instructed us to make our own arrangements. Booking with Jetstar was a costly error as I could not book another flight to narita that let me make my connection home. The staff provided absolutely no support and I had to pay for a new flight home out of pocket. I would advise to avoid Jetstar. Poor customer support does not begin to describe how bad their approach was to the problem, with their mixed messages and their shutting of the service counters

worse fight ever. Delays every time we travel anywhere. Even though I thought in the plane, the tea and coffee were free, because the airhostess ask u wana coffee and we said yes and i thought was free and then she gave us coffee and then she said $5. She never told us it was that much . Feels like a SCAM. The good thing is that sometimes the fight is cheaper.

Der Jetstar Flug war eine reine Enttäuschung! Wir haben auf einem 8-stündigen Flug nur ein Glas Wasser bekommen. Die Nachfrage nach einem weiteren Glas wurde komplett ignoriert. Ein Snack wurde leider auch nicht angeboten. Die Angestellten waren insgesamt nicht sehr freundlich und konnten nicht weiterhelfen. Unterhaltung (sprich Musik, Filme etc.) sind überdurchschnittlich teuer! Selbst für eine Billigairline ist Jetstar dann doch was den Service angeht zu billig. Womöglich schlechtester Flug meines Lebens.
