The Torre del Oro museum is about the Naval history of Spain and the port of Sevilla. The museum has an audio guide you can use free on your own phone. Remember to bring air plugs. The audio guide is well made and was very interesting. The museum is free of entry and they wish for contributions/donations.
For persons who enjoy learning history this is a must visit when in Sevilla.
In addition to the fascinating museum, there is also a view at the top of the museum which is definitely worth visiting.

Torre del Oro is great site to visit as it combines a good museum, a view of the city and its in a tower with great architecture.

Torre Del Oro was a military watchtower on the Guadalquivir River in Sevilla , It was built in 1331, The admission fee was €3 to go inside to the museum in the top and look the samples of the history of the Spanish Ships and after I climbing 3 stories to reach the roof and I got a nice view to the riverside, Nice to visit.
The main attraction of the place is definitely the view of Seville. However the nautical museum inside was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend visiting.
Stunning dodecagnol watch tower built by the Arabs to control access into seville. Now serves as a naval museum. Great panoramic views of the town from the top.
It's just a shame there's no information on the original muslim builders, its almost as if they don't count 🤷🏽♂️

Worth visiting place. Next to the river and it has some nice views. The exterior is more attractive than the interior. The views are a bit blocked by the little columns on the roof but still worth to climb and have a look around.
Free access with voluntary contribution (small amount of fee) to the navy. Do not miss the display area on the ground floor next to the entrance for going up. It tells the historical story of Seville and this tower - very interesting and fascinating. On the top of the tower there is amazing view of the river and the lovely city. The sunshine in the winter makes the city bright and soft. Definitely must-go in Seville. Also it is nice to walk along the river bank! Some cruises start here!
Lovely little tower gem in Seville. Includes a small but very good maritime naval museum with scale models and gold historical info on pivotal figures and journeys. Great views all around from the top. A 3 euro donation is recommended at the entrance.
