I had the pleasure to be helped by a gp called Ann Lloyds. She is absolutely brilliant, never once put pressure on you to be quick and you feel she actually cares about your wellbeing.

I don't recognise the description given by those leaving negative reviews.

Where most of my friends, at other GP practices, complain that it's "impossible" to get an appointment with their doctor, we've always managed to: either by ringing reception at the clearly described times, or booking via the NHS app.

Registered at this doctors and was assured that they would put the registration through quicker so that I could get seen. However, a week later it was not done. I have called 3 times over the past 2 weeks trying to get an appointment and all they do is tell you to go to the walk in centre. Worst service and worst patient care I have ever experienced and think it is unacceptable considering there is a duty of care to their patients. I have been struggling to walk because of a pain in my toe that is not getting better for the past 2 months! I have also been struggling with my mental health and really needed to see a doctor!

I got a telephone appointment for my mum and I pressed the end call instead of receiving. Guess what, they didn't even bother to call back. When I called to explain the situation, they say they would call back later but not sure when? I need to be here because my mum can't speak very well. I can just sit here waiting for the call. I don't live with my mum. They just made everything difficult. What am I supposed to do sit here all day long!!!! All they have to do is call back straight Problem solved! Useless they are
