اتوبوس اکسپرس یونیتی

very very poor service. bus delayed for 4 hours. the bus supposed to move from tbs at 3pm but 7pm baru muncul kat tbs. then it took another 20 minutes to start the journey. how can this happen and how can this company still survive with this level of management? very poor and unprofessional.

26/6/2024 - Delayed more than 1 hour.. ticket was bought for 8.55 am but arrived at 10.25 am. Will never ever use this bus..
The driver was so arrogant. Plate no VMG 5399

This is the worst bus I have ever encountered. It is very untimely and late for more than two hours. It is very bad, and there is no refund.Never take this bus.

Kesatuan express have the reputation of being late, but im ok with that because of traffic jam or what not.

This trip, 18/6/2024, 6.10 p.m , Kangar to Ipoh, The stupid driver and driver assistant smoke while driving. What in their stupid mind think that they can smoke, while not opening window. There are multiple children and passenger coughing non stop while they smoke, but they still ignore it. Please do something about this.

Trip from Manjung to Seremban: 20/4/2024, 9.35PM. The bus has been late for more than 40 minutes. Very 'express'. My seat is 1A, which is in the first row. The seat smells pretty bad, to be honest. Alhamdulillah, I wore a face mask. So, my nose still can handle the bad odor. At the Ipoh terminal, the bus operator woke me up and asked, "Miss, could you move to another seat because the bus driver wants to sleep here?" Mind you, I was asleep at the time. I was surprised because I purchased that seat online, but they simply stated, 'That seat is for the driver to sleep'. Please make this damn 1A seat unavailable or occupied online because I didn't know it was reserved for a bus driver. You thought I worked there, right? The worst-case scenario is that the driver smokes excessively and smells bad. It was an enjoyable experience because it reminded me of my irresponsible & bad ex boyfriend.

I am very disappointed with the bus scheduled for 04th February 2024 from Lumut to Ipoh at 8pm. with KESATUAN EXPRESS and purchased through REDBUS. The service never existed. Very sad. And on the next bus at 9:30 p.m. that left late, there were small spiders inside the bus near me and on top of my backpack, I have pics. I did not arrive on time for my check-in at the destination, and I arrived in the early morning. A horrible experience :(

Bus was supposed to arrive at 2:15 pm, arrived at 4:00 pm. Stopped for 40 minutes at a rest stop. Took almost 2 hours to get from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan to Seremban. Trash company with trash time management, a fat waste of everyone's time.
