Sehr gemütliche Fahrt mit viel Beinfreiheit und Platz. Wir sind von Kuala Lumpur nach Penang Sentral gefahren und waren sehr zufrienden.
Wir mussten noch unerwartet fürs Drucken jedes Tickets bezahlen und der Fahrer machte nicht den Anschein, dass er viel Englisch verstand. Alles andere war aber tiptop

very very poor service. bus delayed for 4 hours. the bus supposed to move from tbs at 3pm but 7pm baru muncul kat tbs. then it took another 20 minutes to start the journey. how can this happen and how can this company still survive with this level of management? very poor and unprofessional.

Dah dua jam bas tak smpai. Bila ditanya cakap otw. Otw dari pluto kaa ? Jngan meyusahkan orang lain. Kita dah planning nak smpai destinasi pukul brapa tapi bila buat mcam ni dah sangat mnyusahkan orang

26/6/2024 - Delayed more than 1 hour.. ticket was bought for 8.55 am but arrived at 10.25 am. Will never ever use this bus..

This is the worst bus I have ever encountered. It is very untimely and late for more than two hours. It is very bad, and there is no refund.Never take this bus.

Kesatuan express have the reputation of being late, but im ok with that because of traffic jam or what not.

This trip, 18/6/2024, 6.10 p.m , Kangar to Ipoh, The stupid driver and driver assistant smoke while driving. What in their stupid mind think that they can smoke, while not opening window. There are multiple children and passenger coughing non stop while they smoke, but they still ignore it. Please do something about this.

Please change your Supernice to Supernotnice…. 8:15 am bus delayed till 8:45 am then when reach Penang Sentral, have to change bus again…. No time management at all… then haven’t depart need go petrol station … how come you did not do any checking or ready when your bus is already delayed….

since i saw the worst reviews on the google before i booked this bus, i was scared, but when i just booked and it totally change my mind. this was my recent experienced with super nice buss. they arrived on time, the driver is good and friendly, the facilities in the bus feels like in a business class. with the spacious seats makes so comfortable for such a long rides. got usb charger to charge the phone, and not to forget, the cup holder. cool ! please just book this bus if you hesitate to do so by seeing the bad reviews on the past. they have improved so much !

Trip from Manjung to Seremban: 20/4/2024, 9.35PM. The bus has been late for more than 40 minutes. Very 'express'. My seat is 1A, which is in the first row. The seat smells pretty bad, to be honest. Alhamdulillah, I wore a face mask. So, my nose still can handle the bad odor. At the Ipoh terminal, the bus operator woke me up and asked, "Miss, could you move to another seat because the bus driver wants to sleep here?" Mind you, I was asleep at the time. I was surprised because I purchased that seat online, but they simply stated, 'That seat is for the driver to sleep'. Please make this damn 1A seat unavailable or occupied online because I didn't know it was reserved for a bus driver. You thought I worked there, right? The worst-case scenario is that the driver smokes excessively and smells bad. It was an enjoyable experience because it reminded me of my irresponsible & bad ex boyfriend.

Worse service. Irresponsible. No respect to costumer. Ticket time at 14:30. I was at 13:30 for boarding. Strangely, these is no bus name (SuperNice) on the board. It could be written there with “delay”. Now, it is 15:00. They say it is cancelled, of has delay, or it s crowded.. I asked how long usually takes?? I may want to take a cab!! Just ignored to answer… That was so rude. Really rude. Butterworth Bus Terminal in Penang centre with the collaboration with SuperNice Bus. Penang Sentral to KL 13 April 2024 14:00. You cannot simply cancel without informing passengers.

Used SuperNice Express to go on the long journey from Melaka to Butterworth. Think it took about 8 hours.
Booked on the 12go Asia website.
When you get to the Melaka bus station you have to convert the online ticket to a regular ticket at the ticket desk. Think it cost 1 Ringgit per ticket to convert.
Around €23 for two one way tickets.

I am very disappointed with the bus scheduled for 04th February 2024 from Lumut to Ipoh at 8pm. with KESATUAN EXPRESS and purchased through REDBUS. The service never existed. Very sad. And on the next bus at 9:30 p.m. that left late, there were small spiders inside the bus near me and on top of my backpack, I have pics. I did not arrive on time for my check-in at the destination, and I arrived in the early morning. A horrible experience :(

Bad but not awful. Still got to the destination and seats were comfortable. Penang Sentral to KLIA in 8.75 hours. Switched buses twice which delayed us an hour. First bus smelled like cigarettes

Bus was supposed to arrive at 2:15 pm, arrived at 4:00 pm. Stopped for 40 minutes at a rest stop. Took almost 2 hours to get from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan to Seremban. Trash company with trash time management, a fat waste of everyone's time.

I love it so much. 5/2/24 13:00 Purchased from alor setar direct to ipoh. Bus getting late 30 min arrives, then stop at sungai petani & Butterworth. Takes about 4 hours plus to arrive my destination. Poor bus condition & unhygienic interior too. Such awesome experience 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Very bad service. Never travel with Starbus. Its a waste bus. They go through villages and towns. Keep on stopping everywhere. I booked from butterworth to klia night time. They ask us to change bus twice. Bus drivers and staff is very rude. It was told butterworth to klia 7 hours. I am writing review bus itself. 3 hours passed, it has just reached taiping which is just 1 hour away from butterworth.

We took this company from KL(Hentian Duta) to Penang/Butterworth. All wad good. Bus was clean and had spacious seats. We arrived before schedule in Penang. Driver was friendly. Would book again.

Ini adalah bas pilihan sepanjang tahun 2022 dan 2023. Harga berpatutan. Keadaan bas pun bersih dan cantik. Kalau balik dari Penang ke Shah Alam. Mesti pilih bas Supernice. Anak saya beritahu pemandu pun berhemah. Cermat memandu bas. Alhamdulillah semoga Bas Supernice dapat memberikan perkhidmatan yang terbaik dan selamat.

Wir sind mit dem Bus von Alor Setar nach Butterworth gefahren. Die Fahrt hat circa 2,5 Stunden gedauert. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich. Hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt.

Sind von Singapur nach Georgetown mit dem Starmart Express. 13h problemlos.
Wir hatten das Ticket per Internet gekauft und die Bestätigungsmail ausgedruckt. Damit gingen wir eine halbe Stunde vor Abfahrt ins Starmart-Büro, im Golden Mile Komplex (Eingang Beach Road). Bekamen unsere Fahrkarten ausgehändigt, die Busnummer und das Kennzeichen des Buses. Fast auf die Minute pünktlich fuhr der Bus ein. Unsere Tickets wurden kontrolliert und auf einer Liste abgehakt.
Die Sitze waren breit, ließen sich weit zurück stellen und man hatte viel Beinfreiheit. Jeder Sitz hatte eine USB-Ladeanschluss und eine Massagefunktion (naja).
Der Grenzübergang war easy. Alles ging zügig. Es wurde geschaut, dass der Bus wieder vollständig war.
Insgesamt hat der Bus mehrmals gehalten, man durfte aber drinnen bleiben und weiter schlafen.
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil die Kommunikation mit dem Fahrer etwas knapp war, er hat einfach fast nichts gesagt, so dass der halbe Bus an der Endstation erstmal sitzen bleib...
...und wie so oft in Asien wurde die Klimaanlage des Buses auf Kühlschranktemperaturen abgekühlt.
Kann mich aber sonst nicht beklagen, verlief alles problemlos und einfach. Empfehlenswert.

dari penang central jam 9.00 pagi ,tarikh 24/11/2019.servis yang sangat teruk.harap bas saja cantik.perjalanan dari butterworth ke klia 2 mengambil masa sampai 7 jam. bas bertolak 9.00 pagi.sampai klia 2 pukul 4 petang.gila ka apa. nasib plane malam.kalau plane petang,mampus terlepas.sepanjang ke klia , bas singgah kemunting dan taiping,bukan mengambil penumpang, tetapi mengambil barang kiriman dari warga asing.beg-beg kami semua ditolak untuk meletakkan barangan kiriman dari warga asing.adakah ini termasuk didalam servis bas berkenaan?????...begitu juga sewaktu menaiki bas berkenaan semasa pulang pada 29/11/2019 jam 6 petang bertolak dari klia 2.sampai penang central jam 2 pagi..macam mana perasaan anda..geram kan..driver macam nak save tol saja.masuk tol,keluar tol ikut jalan lama.selepas itu sampai taiping,kami diarahkan turun dan perlu menukar bas lain (starmart juga)untuk ke penang central.keseluruhan perkhidmatan bas tersebut amat buruk sekali..sepatutnya syarikat berkenaan perlu menjaga servis dan kualiti perkhidmatan dengan baik.kerana bas tersebut direct ke klia..kali ini saja kami menggunakan servis bas dari syarikat berkenaan.next time sorry laaa.....tiada bintang yang patut diberikan pada syarikat bas berkenaaan...

Satu2 nya alternatif pengangkutan laut dgn menaiki feri ke pulau mutiara.. Boleh dapatkan melalui terminal hub Penang sentral utk pejalan kaki ke pulau png...
