The car park is in a good location so to reach the local hospital and has plenty of parking spaces

For the money this site makes with extortionate rates you'd think the lights would actually be on. Pitch black only lights when you start your own car/van. The only plus was its a paybyphone car park making payment easy and traffic light controlled entry/exit. Loads of season ticket bays empty.

I paid twice because I hit a wrong button on the pay by phone app. No facility to change the reg number. The only advice on the app was pay again or you may be fined. Parked here twice now. Won’t be going again. Difficult to work out the process whichever way you choose to pay and in the winter in the dark and wet almost impossible. I wasn’t the only one having problems both times I parked here. Come on Newcastle, get your parking systems sorted please.

This is a good car park for accessing RVI, University and North of city centre. Plenty of places available in mornings, parking enforcement regularly around. Very pricey! If you are wanting to park 9-5 it'll cost you £14.60 on the app! More suitable for a short stay. Easy to use payment on the Pay by Phone app and sends reminders when parking due to expire.
