The electric charging, that is noted on their website, is not a modern charging point. We had a hard time locating it, as it is simply a wall outlet. Some hard to notice green markings show where the charging should be. For any mainland European electric vehicles this is not even an option, as you would need a different plug to charge here at a very low voltage.

Always use this car park, however, it is now £3.70 an hour which is an absolute joke. Will be parking elsewhere.

Stupidly expensive. ~£15 for a few hours parking will keep me shopping online!

The car wash company that had a concession there was disappointing too. I won't ask them to wash my car again, let's put it that way... in fairness, I probably won't park there again either!

Horrified by the new prices. £3-70 is ludicrous, such an increase. As a pensioner, I shall no longer bother to come into Canterbury, which now has very little to offer. I was shocked to have to pay £8-50 after meeting a relative for lunch recently. Dreadful. Are you trying to keep people away? (Why no DISCOUNT for local residents????) Very poor policy.☹️

Très cher, mieux vaut aller au parking couvert au coin qui est une livre sterling moins cher de l'heure. Là, la gadoue, la journée à 25 livres sterling c'est hors budget (prix de deux brunchs) dans Canterbury....

Absolute chaos. Now automatic without staff. Allows every car in without adequate parking. I drove around for over an hour along with many other as no parking was available. So I paid for entry,wasted fuel for about 1 and half hours before finding a parking bay. Needs to have staff to check on parking availability and direct frustrated drivers. I won't ever use it again until this is sorted. Probably won't even bother visiting Canterbury either as the other car park have limited staying time. Well done whoever is responsible as this will cost the local traders dearly

Was parked up for less than 20 mins £5 minimum charge for Saturday be warned, staff attitude is as you would expect. Foxtrott Oscar from now on.

THEY HAVE PUT PRICES UP AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT BY THEIR WEEKEND MINIMUM CHARGE OF £7.40, NO THIS IS NOT A TYPO £7.40. THIS WAS THE ONLY SIGN.
