2 meals ordered, no chips and no drinks received. Donner tasted awful, undercooked, and rubbery. Wings were fine.

Chicken was really dry .. however it was close to closing time, even though that's no excuse. . I guess that's what you get for buying chicken at 1:30 am, anyway I gave it to the dog who didn't care .

I found what appeared to be rubble in my rice meal. Almost broke my tooth like what type of cuisine is this

I'm sorry but this has enraged me, crownchy isn't a word and I won't be made to believe that it is #crunchnotcrownch

i got a chicken nugget meal for £5. the food tastes okay but it could do with a little more flavour. waiting time for the food is beyond ridiculous they dont have enough staff working to satisfy the overwhelming amount of customers and demands. only 2 staff working to serve more than 10 people is not enough. i have been going crownchy since i was a child but the service, taste of food have downgraded but the price has skyrocketed. i also got barely any sauce on my food and it tastes like im eating dry hard chips. overall 3/10 and im being generous. do not recommend as a first resort.

Price has rocketed up and the service has shot down. The guys need to wake up and pay attention. Not listening properly to orders and making people wait unnecessarily. It’s not fast food at all. 30 mins for a wings meal. Ridiculous. I won’t come back.

Food taste is just OK, then need to either work on taste or reduce prices to make it valuable.
