Considering the NHS is at a crisis level and being slowly dismantled. This is without doubt the best GP surgery in Rochdale. The reception staff are extremely professional and show considerable empathy.

The medical team are very much up to date, highly dedicated and superb.

All I can say is that other surgeries should use Wellfield as not only an example of how to operate but also as a bench mark.

Don't give appointments when needed and some receptionists misbehaves on call. Lack of manners.

Absolutely shocking never any trolleys available when you want one. Nobody to help at self checkouts and when you do ask for someone they ignore you. And when they finally come over they grunt. Shopping somewhere else In future

This pharmacist is absolutely amazing! He offered to stay open until I could arrive, then he helped me contact all the other pharmacies in Bedford to see who had my son's medication. So nice to have a pharmacist who actually cares and goes the extra mile to help. Thoroughly and highly recommended! Service is amazing!

My mums situation is she needs just a small note to say she's OK to join a gym. As she is diabetic and asmatic the gym has asked for a letter not an essay to say yes she is OK to join a gym. Just been told the charge would be £10. Reception lady was really nice she even rang me back to see if there is any other way. Just don't understand the charge for a letter to say.. Yes she can exercise. I thought this was supposed to be encountered.

Absolutely rubbish, forever leaving things off prescriptions. Try ringing to enquire/complain, no one answers the phone. My wife and I are pensioners and have travel from the other side of Rochdale and then get home to find items missing again 😤

It's worse GP you can't get appointment all time when call line busy or all appoitment gone

Popped in with my mum for some advice and the gentleman who served us was so lovely, listened to us and was very knowledgeable. Will start using this pharmacy rather than my local & would highly recommend, great service! Thank you.

Car park is poorly laid out with filthy stairwells, lifts that only go up in 2s unless you want to get in another lift. The store itself is normally well kept however there are alot of hazards on the shop floor such as pallets and cages left at the end of isles. Wide range of products across the store and can rarely not find what I'm looking for.

Staff are professional and Knowledgeable..so kind and friendly and really go the extra mile

So so so so rude and ignorant WOWOW !!!!
I went to the prescription collection point as I had rcvd a text msg to inform me the script was ready, I was then rudely told (after I got someone’s attention who was stood with their back to me chatting away to her colleague about holidays) :- ‘You have to go to the front part and tell them there’.

I went to the front part and I kid you not, there were 4 members of staff all chatting about moving house and other everyday things and they saw me standing there and did not acknowledge me in any way shape or form.

After around 2/3 minutes, I then got asked ‘Have you been served’ which I replied ‘No’ I then informed the woman that I was there to pick a script up for myself and informed her that I had gone to the script collection point and then she told me ‘well you have to come here first to tell us who the script is for’ this does not make any sense whatsoever !! The script collection is for exactly that reason isn’t it ??? She then took my details and got the meds, THEN I had to walk to the collection point, say my address and she handed me the meds…BEARING IN MIND SHE COULD HAVE JUST GIVEN ME THE MEDS AT THE TILL AS SHE HAD THEM IN HER HAND.

The staff here are extremely rude, arrogant and really do have a massive chip on their shoulders. They treat you like muck under their shoe. DISGUSTING

They told me book appointment on phone called 450 times but didn’t pick then I been there the receptionist was too rud and didn’t think for a second I am patient she was to me don’t talk rud but she was so rude staff just making money don’t care about patients

Fantastic pharmacy, always well stocked. They are very knowledgeable and kind when you are not well and take very good care of you.

Really helpful and super friendly! The medication we needed wasn’t in stock in our local pharmacy, so we telephoned here and they were more than happy to accommodate.
I’ve also phoned a few times in the past to ask for medical advice and every time the staff have been very knowledgable and fantastic help.

Very happy with the staff. Stayed open after 7pm til I got there to collect a prescription for my 94 year old mother.

Today 22/02/2024 i went to collect my doctors prescription on Iron deficiency. I have been given a piece of paper where the names of medicines written by the receptionist in front of me in the reception, claiming that the names are come from doctor and I can go to any pharmacy and buy them. I understand NHS now pushing us to buy medicines by not providing doctor's prescriptions but is it reliable?? what if something worse happen after taking the medicines and nobody accept the blame as i don't have a valid prescription simply!!! This is illegal to do that in my common sense..

This place is like a breath of fresh air compared with others I've tried lately. He's a valuable asset to the community, let's appreciate him.

Does this pharmacy ever answer the phone??? It's a tiny store and I have never seen it busy, yet the phone just rings and rings

Very helpful. I came here looking for a specific item I couldn't find elsewhere and the owner was generous in providing it for me. Highly recommend.

Shocking service but I'm starting to expect that now from this pharmacy...at least they excel in being poor in customer care. If you are getting a prescription, make sure its submitted at least 10 days in advance otherwise they won't have it and will have to give you an IOU...for medicine!!!

This guy the owner is the rudest shopkeeper I have ever met, overly states a point beyond what's needed to a point of embarrassment.
I appreciate he's doing his job but there is a cut off point...very very excessive.

Excellent service from Hassan and the new team at the Broadway! Really friendly and knowledgeable and waiting times for your prescription are basically zero. They also offer delivery into Luton, which has helped massively when you can't get out of the house with a sick baby to pick up a prescription. Thanks so much, highly recommend!!

They were super helpful and polite. I overheard a few interactions with other customers and they were very professional and helpful.

Decent pharmacy would be better if they actually answered the phones when you ring them and when you ask why they don't answer they say there busy but not one customer was in there and there's about 7 of them behind the counter

Staff is robbing people. I ordered £10 stu, f and they charged me £25 and then they nevansweredwer the phone .. They should be ashamed

I have collected my prescription here for 15 years. Received standard text to go and collect it on 22nd August. Went round there on the 24th to find it closed with a note on the door saying they were "closed due to no pharmacist". This remained the case until 30th August !. Then had to queue for a hour due to the backlog. They are now no longer sending out automated prescription reminders either - it's too much effort I think. Not a problem - I went to the GP surgery and have re-routed my medication to Superdrug. What a feeble and utterly rubbish service. I would give them zero stars if I could.
