Brilliant friendly staff and quick wait times.

Love this pharmacy. The staff are lovely and they are usually spot on the max wait is normally 15-20 mins if packed but if hardly anyone is in its literally 2-5 mins . I don’t know why people are saying it’s impossible to get through on the phone because I get though immediately EVERY time when I ring to ask if my prescription is ready if people aren’t getting through they will be very busy! you all forget they are dealing with nearly ALL the prescriptions in lupset now.

My old pharmacy had loads of issues getting my sons medication, however this one always has it ready on time without any issues, they’ve been brilliant will all the changes to his prescription and always try find an alternative if something is out of stock, and there all SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable, to say they’ve taken ALOT of new custom on since boots said they were closing they’ve always managed to give me the best possible service even with how busy they are, only down side is I just wish they were open till 6 as I normally miss them due to work etc even if it’s just once or twice a week you have a late night, will help those that work massively, not a negative experience just an idea for you maybe?

This is a terrific chemist, they can't do enough for you, and the delivery service is second to none

Not the best experience and will be taking this further then just a complaint on Google. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behaviour from the staff who look fresh out of college may I add. Closed early and when i challenged her about it the response I got was “ I have places to be “ baring in mind my medication are controlled and if I go without I become very unwell. I pulled my phone out to record her admitting that actually she did receive my prescription electronically she just hadn’t opened it so it was nothing to do with me arriving at 5.30. I dare say if I’d have been elderly she would have walked literally a couple of feet behind the counter and just pass me my medication…. Obviously I was very angry so left the store on the phone to my partner shouting and frustrated with them and I actually caught the main pharmacist himself laughing with his minions at my reaction. You should be ashamed of the piss poor effort you put into your level of care for customers. I hope you don’t ever have family in the same situation I am in and they get treated how I was by yourselves

Very nice staff

Constantly line busy, finally get on to the dialling sound, wait several minutes and then "The number you have dialled cannot accept this call". Complete waste of time and all I want is to check if they have an item to save a walk. Absolute joke.

Edit: Reply doesn't explain why they put the phone down on me after I waited several minutes.

Went around 0930 not too busy at this time..

Always the option to drop off and pick up later.
Was told it would be 15 minutes it was 10,

Need to bear in mind hospital medication is also distributed from here so a wait should sometimes be expected.

Parking is free not sure for how long but i was around 20 minutes

Been trying to ring this Pharmacy for the past 3 hours! Line in constantly engaged.

Rang several times today between 11.00 & 17.30, I either got engaged tone or it rang out after 6 & half minutes, this is a bit much considering I made 20+ calls in total. I would have expected, one to be answered. Normally the service here is very good and prompt, & staff are great, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of the 1, I was going to. But this is a very big let down from yourselves. I do appreciate you will be very busy in the run up to Christmas.

I cannot praise the team at Girlington Pharmacy enough, All the staff and pharmacists are kind and thoughtful, this is how all chemists should be run.

The staff have shown real care and great service during this horrible Covid-19 pandamic.

My doctor changed my pharmacy to pharmacy express as they deliver and my GP said they are dealing with prescriptions better during covid-19. I collected first prescription there and they put me down for delivery. Friday 24th April my GP prescribed new medication and passed this through to pharmacy express. They delivered today (27th April) and I asked while the guy was here if they had zinc and vitamin D as my partner is cancer patient and has to avoid being out in sun so advised to get these. I couldn't get them at Asda or anywhere local and due to lockdown didn't want to be tripping around. So while having my prescription delivered I asked and he said they did and would pop round later. He came back bout 1 hour later with them. Not dealt, ever, with such an efficient pharmacy. What a pleasure. Fantastic service. Thank you.

I am so happy with this pharmacy, especially that it is open until late. saeed zahid i have to disagree with you it seems the pharmacist did show professionalism if they offered you an emergency supply which means they were putting you and your well being first. I received an emergency supply for my insulin and was so grateful that this pharmacy and its services were available at late night. Thankyou soltaire pharmacy
