Until the flight takeoff and stabilize you won't be AC cooled.

Other than that rest is good as it can be on that budget.

They will laugh at you at while telling you the flight is cancelled. Believe me I have the recording on my phone, the female that spoke sounded like a 1 lakh fraud spam caller.

Chennai team has no customer service skills. It's like they hire anyone.
Major attitude problem & terrible management. They always purchase the tire only during boarding time so you have to wait hours while they fix it. And then they'll give u 2 biscuits for compensating for the delay which you'll be super excited about because that's how desperate you'll be for something.

Looks like they are now managing a large number of customers, with it they have lost the human touch. There are some who provide exceptional customer service, I would appreciate it if all their staff do so.

My flight from Hyd to Doha was delayed by 1 hour because of which I missed my connecting flight. They put me on the next flight which will depart after 7 hours and I’m having to spend the entire night in airport.
This is the 2nd time I faced the same issue with Indigo.
I do not recommend Indigo.

Booked spicemax tickets...suffered a lot than normal seats. Book normal tickets instead of max. Max gives you legroom space, but failed in seat comfort.

We had to cancel our pilgrimage trip due to a sudden death in my immediate family just a day before our flight
I have requested them for days with the death certificate and they have issued a partial refund for the same without charging a hefty fee unlike other companies.

Bad experience: Today, I booked a flight for my family with Indigo scheduled for 10:35 AM, a Delhi to Bangalore route. However, I haven't received any proper updates about the flight yet. They've given various excuses like fog and claimed issues with the cabin crew's health, providing baseless and poor reasons. Due to this, my family has been sitting at the airport since morning, distressed. My suggestion to everyone is, before booking tickets with Indigo, check their reviews. For the issues my family faced today, I'll file a complaint in the consumer court with all the necessary evidence.

I would highly recommend never flying with indigo, seems like none of their staff knows what's going on and are incapable of not contradicting each other. they lost my luggage, told me that i would receive it within a day, it's been 4. was told to go to the airport to pickup my luggage. had to wait for 4 hours to get any assistance, just for them to tell me that they can only deliver the bag, and that I have to wait for the delivery instead of just picking it up from the airport. worst airlines I have ever flown, avoid at all costs.

And after calling customer service, they agreed payment was received but PNR was not generated, and they created booking again by themselves on call, and that caller said he would call us back in 15 min (bcoz that person made a mistake in currency while booking), but he didn’t call me back, and they cancelled booking without asking us. After complaining to customer service again, they tried to create a new booking, but the flight was full, and they could not issue a ticket for the same flight, asking us to go on another flight or another day. (All this issue took me 3 hours by calling and explaining again and again to different callers.) Never book your ticket through Indigo if you are going somewhere in an emergency.

Ms.swetha if you keep this girl in your ticket counter you need to shut your company very quickly...
