They don't pick you up even if the bus is empty! No instructions to go anywhere other than the bus stop. Almost missing my flight as waited 45minutes 3 busses refusing to stop. Had to run over to terminal with huge queue at security. Really awful! Don't understand

It’s a free drop off zone with a free bus to the airport.

You drive in, get a token at the barrier, let your friends out and drive back out again.

My friend got on a bus instantly and was at the terminal 5 minutes later.

There is a passenger help point phone. And the sign says bus every 15 minutes.

The drop off experience was fine but it should be highlighted more that there is no free pick up available. Rubbish, won’t be using Manchester airport again!

Not really users friendly, you need to call the bus to pick you up.

Pretty close to airport, short walk over the road into airport complex then you can walk to whichever terminal applies.
Went at night, was brilliantly lit.
Not very well signposted for directions to airport either.

Tokens to be uaed on entey and exit.
Wasnt to busy when we went.
Lots of parking there plus a waiting area.

Well worth it though instead of laying a fiver to be dropped off at actual airport drop off and then be confused with all the barriers and signage.

Quite easy to find too following directions on google maps.

Good car park to wait for free for up to 1hr before going to the airport drop-off or pickup.

Worked reasonably well on Wednesday 31st January 2024 @ 11:00hrs; sign said buses @ 15 minutes (no sign regarding phone a number to get picked up as mentioned by previous reviewers) a bus did arrive within time. (Would it outside of core hours!??)
Reduced score because whilst there are shelters, they are quite exposed.
